Informative and fascinating.. One miniscule point : You divided West Germany and the latter unified entity. Edwin Jackson was born in the then West Germany in 1983. Thanks for posting this well-researched video.

You’re right. For some reason Baseball Almanac only has his name under Germany. But he was born in West Germany and should be the top player from there

There's no way Luis Aparicio is better than Miguel Cabrera. 82 OPS+ compared to 140+!!! Miggy has over 12 more WAR and is one of the best right handed hitters in history.

If you really want to make the case for Ruth, you also have to talk about how good a pitcher he was in the 1910's and how crucial he was to the Red Sox teams that won the World Series in that time. Barry Bonds completely outshines the Bambino's batting stats but I never heard of Bonds being the ace of his team

American Samoa's Tony Solaita was a hugely popular player in the NPB. Sadly he was murdered due to land dispute a few years after he returned home. He was only 43.

If not for covid, I have no doubt that Albert Pujols would have passed Babe Ruth. I don't think he would have broken Barry Bonds's record, or even passed Hank Aaron, but he easily would have hit 720, maybe 730.

I would put Jenkins number 1, Walker 2 for Canada

Jack Quinn immaculate grid legend, actually a few of these can be made into legends there.

Have to disagree on Canada, Larry Walker, even if you factor in the Coors Field park effect, is no worse than identical offensively to Joey Votto, and is much better defensively.
If we're recognizing the Negro Leagues as part of Major League Baseball, the greatest Cuban has to be Martin Dihigo.
    Otherwise, great job!
