that's a place we used to call "the tea garden"......we'd hike up to the arches and take in the view and intake some pleaseurables....it was some woman's estate with lots of water ways, falls, ponds etc.
i cant beleive you renovate thysz old huose and find imperial almost finished castlesz and mpyramidsz and didnt finish them ? itsz like you found ferrarri but nit add gasz

Water, traffic, crime..forget the upper village.. and the tourists looking for Oprah..lol the beach is really dirty and crowded and now the Caruso monstrosity .. I moved away from there to Hope Ranch..still in SB, but so much better IMO
