So in between cuts, the reason why there were complaints of late deliveries was because Chris, the delivery guy, was being too sociable with elderly clients, which happened to be Hal in this case, and that Mary as you saw, WAS getting her food delivered on time, lying to eat for free. As well as chef John stealing from the meal company and OTHER businesses as well!

Not sure why an Anna would have to declare a DUI she didn't lose her licence so it doesn't affect her employment , it seems that your employers get to live your life for you in America. your employers are more restricted in what they get to know about employees private lives.

So scripted. The "chase car" would've been noticed, especially when they pull up right across the street while filming (not a handheld camera, big bloody production camera on someones shoulder). The call from the client immediately after the driver left sounded scripted/fake. As for the "chef", he could've easily ordered a bag of sugar and paid for it when it arrived. I used to do similar things when I was a kitchen manager.
