@@ONTWOWHEELSBEN I really enjoy seeing people from other areas of our world and how they live and enjoy life. I like this channel as well, ua-cam.com/channels/1of9ELYwB623fWaAMRDVFA.html. I always do this too, but i leave the silicone on there without rubbing it out with a towel. Was wondering if there are quality grades in Silicone sprays. I can get a can for 1,50 but also 20. After each rainy ride I apply on dry engine parts. Lube chain with chain spray and a hybrid ceramic wax from Meguiars on the tank and paint. No rust and looks brand new. 2009 cb1000r
I guess I dont understand exactly where you are supposed to spray. There's wires running all over my engine, am I supposed to spray those too? What about the plastic cowling? Plastic doesn't corrode does it? What if it gets inside the wire connectors?
Can you use silicon spray over chrome parts? Should I apply it after cleaning and polishing the chrome? Also, can this be used over painted areas like tanks?
Hey Ben. Great fan.Could u help me? I'm now facing a problem with not being able to rotate the rear tyre on gear when i pull the clutch lever. The bike's not used for a while due to the lockdown. I adjusted the clutch and all but nothing's actually working. But the clutch works absolutely fine while riding . What may be the issue?
Hi friend, your clutch is stuck and cannot come loose. there are 3 ways to solve this. pull the lever and tie it to the handle and start the engine in gear and let it idle for 1-10 minutes. then release the clutch lever and go for a ride and see. 2. keep holding speeds of 40-60 kmph and suddenly pull the clutch and hit the rear brake at the same time , do this atleast 10 times for the clucth plates to free up. 3. pull the clutch lever fully in and tie it to the handlebar grip and leave it overnight .
I always intended to ask, is it the editing software or the bike shine, Ben. Super informative videos and very practical DIY. All the way Ben. Cheers!🍻
My bike is stalling even on 1st gear sometimes. I asked service guys they said there is no problem. But I doubt it might be because little water may have gone inside the oil tank. What are your suggestions? Mine is bs6
yes it could be water in the tank . it could be weak fuel pump motor (assuming you ride around with low fuel levels ), it could be a pinched EVAP tube , it could be clutch activator switch , it could be a faulty side stand sensor and on and on and on . go step by step and eliminate every possible reason .
Hi the issues is actually the idelaling speed for the bs6..the rpm is too low..take it the service center..there is already an sop by the company to increase it..ask your service statio
you can use any handlebar friend. but you will have to decide of the rise and sweep of the handlebar yourself to suit your body and riding position (ergonomics). remember to buy handlebar risers that allow for a 1" wide handlebar .
I am about to sell my clasic 350 after 4 year and buy new bike I want with good braking power and comfortable ride because I am 6.3 and I have had back pain Bec of clasic 350 Could you compare the himalayan to ktm adv 390 which would be best or better from you side thank you
if its right after the service , then they must have adjusted the valves a little too tight . go get it adjusted to .09 inlet and .23 exhaust and you will immediately feel the difference. also see if your air filter has been cleaned and is dry .
Mad respect for your polite kindness in this video Ben. I enjoyed watching you care for your machine.
thank you for the kind words friend. means a lot .

There are food grade silicone lubricants/sprays that will be pricier.
Try using silicone wipes in stead of spray. Gives an awesome finish and only goes where you want it.
How many times you can use a single can , and can you suggest more economical alternative?
Hello is this product safe on rubber moulding? Im asking because this product contains petroleum gas.

Going through ICF furnishing for water wash. Informative video.
Hi That was very useful. Thank you. Does this work as wax on tank also?
No it is not a replacement for wax
@@ONTWOWHEELSBEN Noted. Please suggest a good wax because the tank area gets a lot of scratches.

Ben thank you for a wonderful video. Any suggestions to protect Himalayan tank paint.
glad you liked the video Darwin. i would rather have a tank bag on for ever on the tank. and also have some stomp grips on both sides for better grip.

Yes you can

Hey Ben, thanks for the videos! Wanted to know can we use diesel instead silicon spray ? Will diesel affect the paint ?
Chandil Kumar diesel can be used to clean and not protect . Silicone is an entirely different product.

How long the coat is going to last ?
it can take mild rain and wash but not power wash or soap wash.
it can remain that way for 2-3 months easily. all you need to do is dust the bike everyday
@@ONTWOWHEELSBEN bro could u put a link for the knuckle guards that u use ?
Any alternative we can use instead of silicone spray....the one u r using is out of stock
pls buy the other product that i have mentioned . WURTH silicone spray
Bro, can we use on matte paint ?
No . It’s a process . Any other part on the bike is fine but not the engine and exhaust . Special heat resistant paints for the same .
Bro can I use duke 200 steering in himalayan ?? Or should I replace only 390 steering ??

both not a good choice as stock bikes for 6.3 . you should seriously consider bmw g 310 gs .
how long does it last on engine ????
Until you wash it off with serious soap solution it will last .
