Starbucks is always good, never had a bad drink, unlike some of the other coffee places. They have excellent snacks and cute Disney Christmas ornaments too. And they have AC. So if you get stuck in a line, at least you are comfortable
@@Ann-gl2guYeah, Disney Starbucks are pretty consistent. I'm a little meh on them, outside of the parks, but if you need your caffeine fix in Disney, Starbucks is gonna be your best bet.
I recently just got back from a mom trip, and we ate at Brown Derby. It was so delightful. We ordered the quintessential Cobb salad, as well as the charcuterie board, it was delicious. Our waiter was superb.
Great tips. In fact, thanks to your dining planning materials, I decided that while I plan on spending most of my birthday at Hollywood Studios. I also decided to leave for Epcot for my birthday dinner. So yeah. Also, 19 days to my trip!
I’m leaving with my family to go to Disney in a few weeks. These videos get me very excited about going. We always get the refillable mugs. We use them as a souvenir at home too
We had the dining promo card when we book in the UK, and we used it last year, which was fantastic. Lastest us the whole 2 weeks and you can use it on any food or drink around the parks and hotels, including alcohol and food showcase for Food and Wine! We have it again for next year as well as a £400 gift card from Disney, so over £1000 for food for 2 weeks between the two of us. Good deal for how much we are paying for the holiday!
@@KM-oc7rd No, not at all; I used it at the Epcot booths (food and wine festival) and restaurants at Disney Springs and never had any issues. It was more me forgetting I had it and paying out of my actual money that was the only issue 🤣
RE Skyliner: The Epcot-Studios skyliner has two (count 'em, two!) alternatives. There is a boat, and a walking path! As the skyliner makes a stop at the Riviera Resort, these alternatives are only a little slower. (In reasonable weather, I usually walk.)
Idk how much this tip would help (I was only in the College Program at 2 merchandise locations with different hours) but some Merchandise locations in the parks don't immediately close when the park closes. At Windtraders if the park closed at 9pm we'd close our doors at 9:30pm, and if guests were still hanging around we absolutely do not pressure you to leave, we made sure every guest felt welcome, even after 9:30 if you kept looking around a bit (I even got to witness magic get made in a situation like this one night in the rookery)
@ the hand sanitizer tip: I can personally vouch for this. I got sick with Covid at Disney. Now that I'm negative though I'm still gonna go back for my birthday trip! Just gonna be extra careful this time.
On the Disney souvenir returns - at Disneyland we had some issues returning some (unused) bowls that we bought in Disneyland but were trying to return at one of the Disney Home shops - even through they HAD the same bowls in the shop, the tag was still on the bowls, AND we had out receipt. Just a heads up
I don’t drink coffee but my fiancé has a Starbucks cold brew addiction. We get 2 jugs delivered from Kroger to our resort the day we arrive that way we can avoid the lines & he can have it at his normal 6am time before the parks open!
I love being able to return stuff. Especially If I find a better spirit jersey or need a different size. One trip I went thru 3 different jerseys, bought popcorn then found maleficent didn't like the feel of it then I got the Harmonious one instead
Thanks for all the tips, AJ- I watch your videos all the time! One frustrating thing I find at Disney dining is that there are not a lot of choices for us vegetarians (I personally do not eat fish, either) and it can get way too expensive to have Mac & Cheeese for $20 everyday while on vacation-;so to all the veggies out there- be sure to take a look at the full menu if possible before chosing a dining location or plan.
There´s two starbucks in Disney Springs though, and both are ordable on the app. It´s quite a problem, and the keyosk one knows it all to well. Thank you to the starbucks cast member who took care of us! I ordered mine on the boat half way there, and when i didn´t see mine on the list i got rather confused. Mom did the same thing, but the cast member was nice enough to give us the order when they saw our recite. Don´t freak out if that happens to you, just tell them you ordered it at the wrong place.
If you bought something at magic Kingdom and want to return it AFTER you no longer have a park ticket. Could you return things at gift stores in Disney springs?
Pop century is by far my fave out of the value resorts and they have the disney skyliner at both of those resorts so you won't be missing out on that by going cheaper!
I am going to have to disagree with you on 50s Prime Time Cafe. I was able to eat there 4 times in the past 9 months and food really has been outstanding.
I always noticed the information about Costco. I have never seen gift cards at Costco. What states? I didn't see them at all in Texas or the South. Can you all double-check and clarify? I have to get gift cards from Target instead.
Planning my first trip to Disney World. Would you recommend 4 full days at the parks or 3 days and 1 party night (Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party or Jollywood Nights)?
Both parties are similar in that they both have special food, shows and fireworks. Less people in lines, however, I don't know the age of your children, but you need to see if it is worth the pricey cost. If money is no limit, then Mickey's Merry Christmas seems nice. If you want to save money, try Disney Springs which is free. Many great restaurants and shops. Take a free boatride to Port Orleans French Quartes Resort and get the fabulous Mickey beignets. Good luck!

Well said Dev. We’re from 🇨🇦Our family would go to Disney twice a year, spend approximately $12,000 at least every trip within Disney World. Since the pandemic we went once for three days, spent $3000 in Disney. What a state it’s in, disgraceful. They are forgetting who put them on the map.👎
Sorry y'all, but whenever HEA was talked about, I kept on reminding myself forcing to avoid it, on accounted of, not only due to my mind of music and issues, but also include a dangerous show, like a stampede of exiting crowds. That inlcudes exit music which you can't excape it entirely from most places. I had to consider HEA's still temporary (even if it's perminant) and an OVERRATED firewroks show acccording to them. (I'd dare/chalenge them to a no-cry/no-tear challenge.) Whe I have tissues, I may feel like mising previous firework shows likw Wishes and Enchantment (which its beyond's stolen by HEA), and for runny noses. I alwatys have HEA rants. And if trapped in MK for HEA, I'd stay safe at TRON.
Disney needs to increase pay. If you want quality people who bring more of themselves to the job they need to be paid fairly. Paying bare minimum will result in bare minimum employees.
My wife and I went to Disney World last month and we wish we hadn't gone. We were singled out and being told to hurry up to get on the tram (with a wife and kid it takes a little while). When we got to Magic Kingdom we had to go through a security checkpoint where they actually separated my family. I didn't see my wife and baby for 2 hours until they got through to the other side. I was uncomfortable and anxious, it felt like I had entered an authroitarian world. The whole thing was a miserable experience - Universal Studios was way better
I can’t get past the poor choice of words- “a trip your friends will be jealous of!” That is so petty, try “a trip your friends will be in awe of.” Words resonate…
Out of everything you can queue for in Disney, it amazes me how people choose Starbucks 😂
I've heard that Joffrey's is awful though!
Where can you get coffee as good as sb without a long queue in park?

Unpopular opinion: Joffreys coffee is NOT good! Ill take the line at starbucks any day!
joffrey’s peach iced tea is my tried and true go to for when i need a sweet drink it’s so good🙌🏼

Ahhh, those pesky pit stains. Yes, wear colors to hid as much a possible. As for the small Glide Stick - it is my clear ER plastic bag I always bring.

3 days at the parks. 4 days gets overwhelming and having a "chill day," or "party day," will make your trip more enjoyable.

Nope but as long as you are moving they are designed to give you a very pleasant breeze

What is everyone's favorite Disney world ride and why?
Hot take but I actually really like it's a small world
The monorail because yes.
Slinky because it is so fast
Haunted Mansion
Rock'n because it's so unpredictable and fun. Also dark and the corkscrew is awesome.
