من احساس میکنم شعر و موسیقی مرجان فرساد رو مهاجرین خارج از ایران، مانند من بیشتر درک میکنند. مرجان نشون میده که برای خوب خوندن لازم به فریاد و چه چه زدن نیست، نیازی به ارکستر بزرگ و لغت های قلمبه سلمبه نیست. کودکی نابی که توی شعرها و لحن ساده اش هست اونقدر عمیق و نافذه که برای مدتی حتی بعد از گوش کردن بهش مست نگه میداره و میبرتت به یه دنیای دیگه. فضا سازی و تجسم زیباش از زندگی توی شعرهاش همراه شده به غصه ها و درد های روز مره مردم عادی، نه یه عاشق دلخسته، نه یه نا راضی اجتماعی و نه یک احساس فانتزی شاعرانه بلکه درد و شادی های یک آدم معمولی و خالص کودکانه.
