That house looks familiar. I am here in the Kansas City area not far from Leawood KS and know several supercar men and women around here. I know of another guy who was indicted around here too, had a Ford GT, Mosler mt900 (my buddy ended up buying it and then sold it to another local exotic car collector in the car group), and several other cars as well that were all taken and sold at auction.

Oh boy. Another Scott Tucker breakdown. I know people who worked for Scott, purely in the racing side. One of those people was featured in the Netflix documentary in fact. Said person let me drive his Ferrari F355 at one point in time. I never met Scott myself, though he managed to get me a racing crew shirt from their 2011 Le Mans effort that I eventually got from said person.
Level 5 Motorsports is an *interesting* story in of itself. The stuff they did in SCCA and Grand Am + ALMS is wild. Hell, their final Daytona 24hr win in 2014 was wild with how that went down as well.

I had heard about Scott Tucker from the show on Netflix in high school. I wondered where all the seized cars went. Sure enough, a few showed up in the storage at my work. The cars were auctioned and purchased by a local in Texas. I’ve watched that 599 XX around COTA many times!
Yeah, I saw that too. Dirty Money, I think it was called. This dude seemed like an absolute cold-hearted creep to me. He knew he was fucking over all those people. I'm glad that snake lost all his toys and him and his buddies got locked up. Their excuse was their doing nothing wrong or illegal. They weren't doing anything right either.

And ur right 90+% of the people getting those kind of loans don't read anything they just go in desperate needing the quick money for whatever the reason. They should read contracts before they sign it.
Yeah, that's true of course but it's not always that simple. I dated a girl who worked at a Payday loan branch, and they were taught how to hide the details, and trick the customers. They were told to outright lie amount the payment amounts, and interest rates. They figured as long as someone signed the forms, they wouldn't be able to dispute it later on. They would also approve anyone on Disabilty, Ontario Works(Canadian welfare), government pensions or employment insurance for a loan. These people would get about $600 a month in assistance to live off, and the loan people would take more than half. They know the type of people who go their, they dont use banks for whatever reason, and are pretty much flat broke. It's waving money in their face when they're desperate. It's sad, and should be banned. I'm glad this snake and his buddies got locked up, and even happier he lost everything.
