Hello from Chicago! I can eat big time and usually can polish off 1 1/2 pieces of deep dish. My son who is 18, football player, can eat 2 pieces, wife 1 piece. Eating a whole deep dish pizza is more impressive to me than being a SEAL!!! Good job!

Hey brother, not me, but just in general, I think you should interact with your comments section more. These people love you. You're humble, you're honest, people are learning from you... I watch as much of your stuff as I can. Just got out of the hospital from internal bleeding, again. Spent 7 years of my 37 years doing that. It hurts every day to never had been able to live my dream which was going into the Army, but watching you ex mil guys who get out and help keep teaching us lessons. When we're weak, when we think we can't go further, when we think nobody needs us... It's an honor, brother. The Father showed himself to you and now you're His. You try to follow Christ, and it shows. Don't respond to this, out of principle, but talk to your "followers" brother. They look to you now and our Creator has put you in a position to lead them. God bless. "Nuff Said"

I've always been blessed with very high fitness levels and when my buddies and I were in boot camp at San Diego, a seal recruiter came and asked us if we wanted to try out. We all passed the fitness test but I chickened out and my buddies didn't. I have the utmost respect for you SF guys and thank the Lord we have brave men like you in our great nation.

Box breathing is a extremely important thing to learn how to do not just for combat situations but life in general. Anxiety is crippling and most people don't even understand this simple fact. It effects all of us and learning how to breathe and control your anxiety is a priceless skill to have and critical in life or death combat situations.

Nowadays there are many Navy seals or special forces guys on UA-cam and I definitely like most. But your channel really teaches life lessons and how to live a complete life with simple techniques for success where most channels are showing shooting drills or room cleaning. Those channels make for interesting viewing but not really very useful to the average person. Your channel really is a wealth of information. Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge I will be passing this channel to as many people as possible.
    Thank you for your service.

I loved being in the military and being a Marine and still do. When i got to my unit i was hard charging, ready to go but after about 3 or 4 months maybe a little longer, when i realized just how much our piers and immediate ncos n staff ncos didn't give a shit about us except how fast they could get paper work on us or screw up our career i wanted to be anywhere but there!!!! Once we went to Iraq and i was put with some different Marines, it was there i learned how real Marines treat and care for each other, otherwise i wouldnt have had much good to say about it, love u guys and SEMPER FI!!!!

Had aspirations of going USAF Pararescue after high school, all throughout high school, and trained hard my entire senior year for it. Then, I developed a medical condition that kept me out of the military completely. Can’t begin to explain the depression and despair I went through because of that. But, I decided to see the disability as a challenge, and turned it into fuel to keep going and succeed in what I now do. You’re right, it’s all about the attitude you choose to have in life that’ll set you up for the win, no matter what obstacle is in the way. Too bad the modern day grievance industry teaches kids something else these days to set them up for a loss.

I actually know several young men who can’t drive a vehicle with manual transmission. I know men who can’t change oil or tell if a circuit breaker is tripped much less why it tripped. It’s bad folks.
