Had aspirations of going USAF Pararescue after high school, all throughout high school, and trained hard my entire senior year for it. Then, I developed a medical condition that kept me out of the military completely. Can’t begin to explain the depression and despair I went through because of that. But, I decided to see the disability as a challenge, and turned it into fuel to keep going and succeed in what I now do. You’re right, it’s all about the attitude you choose to have in life that’ll set you up for the win, no matter what obstacle is in the way. Too bad the modern day grievance industry teaches kids something else these days to set them up for a loss.
Our country is destroyed by the preponderance of useless people. The producers are now a tiny percentage. Everyone has to go to college, get out, sit in air conditioning and peck on computers.
