What are the tyres you have on the Kona? EV specific or some general tire? I'll be putting EV specific ones on my Kona when I get it, looking at the ePrimacy tires. The weather isn't helping your efficiency and range and luckily where I live our top legal limit is 110km/h. Should redo the test in Summer in perfect conditions see the difference to this your winter test.
The Kona was fitted with regular Nexen summer tyres, so no special EV tyres. And yes the weather was shit... but as said it was shit during my whole test period.
I notice that Hyundai also sell 16" wheels though not equipped as standard on any model - I wonder how that affects the range
