Do your settings stay like that? I have to manually deselect them every time I het in the car.

I believe lane assist is only activated when the car exceeds a certain speed. At low speeds it doesn't activate, even if the car detects lanes. At least that's how my Kona seems to work (though I have the older model).

In Canada the insurance on an EV is higher than ICE car. this is because in an accident the EV is usually written off.

Hi and thanks for the great video.Very specific and clear for the real world driving and charging. I would like to ask…i m in a dilemma and I was wondering if you could help me.I live in Cyprus where the longest distance is aprx 200 km and only once a month I have to go that far.Usually it s 35km to go and back. I m interested for the basic models (cheapest) of the following: Jeep Avenger 56 kWh(€38500), Nissan Ariya 63kwh(€40500) and Hyundai Kona 64kwh(€42500). Which one would you recommend?
    Thanks

Thanks! I think all the vehicles you mentioned are very different in their design language. I’d go for the one that appeals to you the most. I’ve reviewed all of these cars on the channel :-)

Regarding your comments about the insurance companies, I have been driving for 39 year and never made a claim and never got a discount for being a safe driver. 😢😢😢. So forget it that they will give you a cheaper insurance policy because we are getting safer cars.

Meh, these cars auto brake, and keep you directly in your lane,

There are certain insurances like Citadel that give you certain discounts called roadside if you’re a safe driver and never had a claim.

Also, the way you averaged out the efficiency is not correct. :) You had to do 48.4 x (1/13.4 + 1/23.4 + 1/16.4) x 100 and then divide by 3. This gives a range of 287.7km, not 280km, which is a little better. :)

Is this Kona as silent as my three year old one .My Kona makes no noise whatsoever even from 0 to 30 this in my opinion is rather dangerous to pedestrians have they fix the problem

The future maybe electric, but mostly for rich people who do not value their money, yeah and the poor are paying their EV discounts by their taxes.

The poor pay nothing or next to nothing in Federal taxes. Furthermore, the poor also benefit from having cleaner vehicles on the road like EVs, so it's not like they don't benefit from it either. Also, is this really the place to be discussing politics or class warfare? No, no it's not.
