I bought this tire for my ‘03 Tacoma. I wanted a AT tire with a impressive tread pattern but didn’t want to spend the bucks on BFGK02’s. I must say these tires ride much better than my BFG’s and I have that tread pattern I love. They are quite, lighter and handle very well. I’m glad I chose AT52. Especially since no reviews could be found from consumers due to the tire being newly released.

Yeah they’re really good tires, I have the AT51 no complaints.

glad to hear. I bought them waiting to put them on the wrangler. I was eyeballing the wildpeaks at3 or the open country at3. But for 35" tires they are too steep on the price. I want an AT tire with competent winter capabilities and I hope these perform as good as they look

so ive put like 500 or so miles on this tire driving to ski resorts. Ive put them in rain, snow, ice. These tires are seriously amazing. I usually love going in empty ski resort parking lots and doing donuts but im having a hard time doing them in these, they are too grippy on slippery stuff. I have gone up steep unmaintained roads at ski resorts and havent needed to put the jeep in 4x4 yet (seeing how much I can get away with in 2WD). If you are looking for an AT with a strong emphasis on winter and you are looking at the typical contenders like the KO2 or the Wildpeak AT3, id give these a shot. The performance is awesome and the price point is sweet. Oh and they look freaking GREAT. Nobody is going to question me rolling through a snowy area with these aggressive looking badies. The compound seems a little on the softer side so my only worry is tread life, but I have full confidence in the performance.

      Another update:
was at Mammoth California for a ski trip (the most snow in the entire world right now). They have a 24/7 chain requirement at this point. All the roads within the town are covered in ice/snow. The tires are absolutely awesome in slippery conditions. The rubber compound stays soft in below freezing temps. These are the harshest winter conditions I have put them in and likely wont see anything more severe than that and I still have total confidence in these tires. If they actually last 50k+ miles then theres simply no reason to go with the competitors at this price point.

i put these in my express van. upsized from a 245/75 to a 265/75. They ride great and drive well too. no increase in noise noticed. handle the rain and deep puddles extremely well. have not tried them off-road yet. will be headed to the beach soon no doubt will perform substantially better than stock highway tread. mileage is down a little but it is from the width and height increase.

I just got your 10 ply AT51 installed last year on my ‘03 Sierra 2500. After they need replacing, I’m definitely gonna go to these ones next. I love the Kumho brand. Even my boyfriend has the Solus HA32 on his ‘14 Nissan Sentra. They handle the snow and slush very well this passed winter. I have yet to drive in snow with my AT51.

I’ve had these on my frontier for 15 months and 23k miles have cupping and irregular wear even though I check tire pressure weekly and rotate every 5 k with oil changes. This compound is not conducive for weekday highway and weekend trail. Tires get squirmy on hard braking and the back end of the truck wants to rotate out. Also hard ti balance typically road forde balancing seems to be the only way to truly get them balanced. Also if you’re used to running 1 or 2 psi lower on tire pressure for a softer ride cupping will happen. Benefits of this is less hydroplaning haven’t blown a tire on a bad pothole or rut in tue woods but the wear is causing issues and will have ti replace soon. Negatives outweigh the positives.
