Thank you sooo much for these! My 3.5 month old wakes up once during the night... but I always nurse her to sleep and put her down asleep. Is it an ok time to start teaching her to self soothe? And also, if you put her down before she’s asleep and she just won’t fall asleep... how long do you wait and then do you pick her back up and rock her? Or leave her until she falls asleep?
