Ryan, please, please, PLEASE show us the patio when it's all done and sealed. I'm really excited to see it all done! You really do have such nice clients. I always make an effort to have drinks (and snacks when applicable) available for anyone who is doing outside work for me. I'm disabled and have to hire out my lawn and snow removal work. For the lawn crew, I always put out a pitcher of either cold water or lemonade and I always offer my snow guy hot chocolate. Exactly. They each made a different excuse. Erik no call no show. Tinos car "broke" down. Francisco is "sick" they didn't finish their job by Sunday and had to get it done Monday to not keep Erik's customer hanging the entire week. A great example of why most bosses don't like their employees doing extra work because it always eventually bleeds into their company

Well on the way to one of our jobs one morning we just so happened to see him in front of someone’s house working on a side job, but he was “sick” that day. It looked like everyone was going to be showing up for work reliably, but 3 guys calling in sick on a Monday brings back memories of the old days. Hope Ryan doesn't let it get to back a regular thing. It's not fair to a great boss like Ryan to get beat up doing side jobs on the weekend and then not show up on Monday.

I'm glad the meetings went well. Huzzah. Big Ray always there, always on time. He's still learning, but no one is born knowing things. My ex-husband and I had this discussion when he was complaining about the way I was running the winch truck, so I went in the house and made bread. Tbh Francisco is way better than Eric all around... They're always arguing with each other...He thinks he's Francisco's boss even on Ryan's jobs...My money is on Francisco in every way..idk why Ryan tends to baby Eric..I think if Ryan invests his time in Francisco he'll be a better boss and business owner in the long run.
You do have great customers you do great job getting them. You do have some customers of the year and I have noticed that most people you do these amazing patios for are amazing cooks and grille masters and your giving them a master piece to grill on.
Ryan: "Eric this ... Eric that". Why do you kiss up to Eric? He's giving off vibes like he's ready to bail on you and go on his own, which he will regret in the long run. Give him an ultimatum or kick him to the curb.
Looks like you need to thin the herd Ryan. When their side jobs are affecting your work, it's time to let them go. They're all acting like the Darylls. Funny how the sickness is gone by Tuesday

Now that I'm an elder summer arrives and departs sooo very fast. The things we had planned for and thought we'd do every summer oft times don't get all of them done. Ohh well,, the good thing,, we're still here to see yet another fall and hopefully another winter. 🙂
Wood planks you should use more often ryan! They look absolutely amazing!
It’s not up to him he does what the customers want
One of the only times I've commented but I got to say we're all proud and happy that you got the deal done for the lot.
Something tells me they aren’t sick. I hope these “side jobs” aren’t becoming actual jobs at Ryan’s expense
@@StizzfoshizzI mean, a side job is still a job. If they were helping Eric they need to be honest with Ryan. My old boss never minded me doing side jobs, as long as I wasn’t bidding against him or undermining him
@@pitcherrendon I’m sure he would mind if you were using his equipment and taking two more of his employees away from his jobs though
@@Stizzfoshizz Eric asked to borrow the equipment, and he even told him in the video he was still using it. Like I said they need to be honest with what’s really going on, I do agree on the taking employees away bit and I don’t agree with that, but you can’t just assume they were lying. We know none of these people personally, just what we see on camera
You have created a monster with Customer of the Year. EVERYONE will try and out do everyone else. Well Done Ryan!
He never gave that pizza guy an award for it last season.
If u have a Boss like Ryan and he calls you for help. Don't say that u will come to help and Boss man says don't worry about it and u don't come in. U better always come in no matter if he says don't worry about it. Especially when you owe him and he treats you right Eric!
13:00 never underestimate the power and percision of good workers using good communication....Great job the gravel waz poured like the driver could see the truck bed
Three of them worked together at the weekend, they are all missing on the Monday, still no Skidsteer back.... Does Eric forget we watch his vids ?
I'm glad the meetings went well. Huzzah. Big Ray always there, always on time. He's still learning, but no one is born knowing things. My ex-husband and I had this discussion when he was complaining about the way I was running the winch truck, so I went in the house and made bread. I'm so disappointed in the three amigos, especially Eric. Stop disillusioning me, guys. I guess being sick is an excuse, but come on, all three at once? That could have been a disaster. Bugs is still the top dog. Well, Jade is the top dog, but Bugs is right there with her.
I have a feeling Eric is gonna go full time on his own in the future and Francisco and Tino joins him.
Francisco not going anywhere Eric can't pay him what Ryan is paying him ant noway Tino idk he is on the fence
That would not be a bad thing. The goal is always to be able to work for yourself.
@@BlissHarmonyylol when you're not as established as Ryan or having him as your reference being on your own ain't too easy.
@@ZomegJ of course it’s not easy, but it’s a process. I’m sure it was a process for Ryan as well.
morning victory crew and family. hope yall have a great day and thanks for uploading ryan. love to watch your videos before work. God bess yall
Looks like they pulled a sneaky one and went and hit a side job 😂
You do have great customers you do great job getting them. You do have some customers of the year and I have noticed that most people you do these amazing patios for are amazing cooks and grille masters and your giving them a master piece to grill on.
They all called in because they where finishing Eriks job
13:40 Ryan being really patient with big Ray is crazy to see , most bosses would’ve fired him ❤❤ you have a great heart Ryan
I sure do like watching this channel. The hired help problems never really stops and it brings me back to before I retired. Better him than me. Lol
Ryan: "Eric this ... Eric that". Why do you kiss up to Eric? He's giving off vibes like he's ready to bail on you and go on his own, which he will regret in the long run. Give him an ultimatum or kick him to the curb.
💯💯💯
I like Ray, he's a good worker who shows up for work and tries his best , that's all you could ask from a employee!...
Jade is more reliable than the staff, and it's almost like the other guys are on another job 😂😂😂
Ray, Bugs and JR haven’t missed yet!
This noble music sounds like a noble job well done!
Looks like you need to thin the herd Ryan. When their side jobs are affecting your work, it's time to let them go. They're all acting like the Darylls. Funny how the sickness is gone by Tuesday
Man you guys have this down so good. The videos a excellent. The techniques you show us is a big help. Iv been going this more on the commercial side but i know every concrete guy out there gets something out of these videos and if you say you don't you are full of it.
Hour long video on a Friday?! It’s going to be a great weekend
I watch your channel so much I had a dream we were going to a concrete show 😂 with the crew .
Eric, Francisco and Tino are all doing a side job for Eric. Ryan should have seen this coming.
Using his skid loader too
it didn’t matter. Easy job and Ryan saved money. He had the A team available with Ryan Jnr Bugs and Ray.
Exactly ! They Should be Fired..
@@Dominick_Calvitto.he wants Eric to go far in life he’s said it in multiple videos
@@ionlyterrorize920 That Didn't Mean to Take Advantage of The BOSS. I Would of Fired Everyone that Lied about Showing up. Ryan Gave them a Job Now They All Lie it's Pretty Obvious that they are working on Erics Side Job..
I Disagree with Your Comment.. They don't Care that's the Problem THEY ALL SHOULD BE FIRED.. Then Eric can go and work for himself and See how far he gets without Ryan & Victory's Help..
Ryan's Trying to Run a Business not a Babysitting Company.,
The wood look, looks fabulous another great job from the best concreting team.
don't think it's a coincidence that eric, tino and francisco all called out on the same day... clearly doing work together. tino's car miraculously works the next day, and franny is no longer sick. extremely untrustworthy if you ask me
Agreed!
Ryans been in business a long time he knows whats up. He just aint gonna say it on the video.
It’s pretty pathetic all that Ryan has done for them especially for Eric helping him with his business and this is the thanks he gets. I would give up everything in life to have a boss like Ryan. You can tell bugs is fed up too
If I were Ryan I'd tell lil baby Eric to head back to Mejico
@@kevinmckinnon1424and Eric's youtube would be nothing without Ryan!
