    I love your channel, but especially this video, among others. I had been nearly bedridden. I was undiagnosed with vitamin D deficiency for a year. That caused me to lose not only muscle tissue but mobility. I'm on physical therapy but I feel enough "stronger" to try this. Thank you for all your kind and great job in all your videos🎉🎊💜👏🏼

    ahhhhh… usually I watch first then rewatch to follow along. Today I am achey so followed along right off. I feel so much better. Another PhD PT is fond of saying Motion is Lotion, and there is no refuting that for this guy.

    Hello, im a speed skater disgnosed with exertional compartment syndrome, which i had a fasciotomy surgery on 2 years ago, but i still struggle with pain in my ankles that are due to blood and edema buildup in thise compartments still. Would your lymphatic drainage exercises and massages help me?
