No, "the government" does not "track your internet". If you do illegal stuff, you will be fined when someone, usually a copyrights-holder, finds out (by tracking, who downloads, because no, filesharing services are not anonymous by default) and filed a complaint or sues you. It is not different to most other western countries.

Yes, it is a matter of what we call "Zivilrecht", and not "Strafrecht" in the first place. A punishment , "Strafe", often is far less to be afraid of than being sued.

The only thing they can do is block sites with illegal content. Like child pornoghrapy. But they don't track that either. The site is made unaccessible and that's it (you get a big fat stopp sign explaining why the page has been blocked by the government).

You dont need a big truck to be able to pull something. If the engine and frame is strong enough why should size matter? Besides that our cities have small roads and it would be a hassle to have a truck.

And I mean these cars are built to carry a certain load. How much in towing that is is documented in the car's manual. Absolutely not unsafe and cars are absolutely made with that in mind.
Though sure most cars aren't built for heavy duty trailers. But like up to 1 tons/2000pounds is no big deal at all.
And if a car is unable to pull stuff, they don't offer a version with a hitch in the first place.

Because in the US size does matter 😂

Hehe, using VPN in Germany is perfectly legal. Noone will trace you in Germany if you are accessing a legal media service in the US through a VPN tunnel.
Downloading media files from (illegal) file sharing sites is illegal.

Ha you are telling the Germans that they dont know how to engineer cars to tow safely......and guess what most people in continental europe dont drink to get smashed most drink is consumed with food...

You can actually spend the coins, then you don’t have to carry them around 🤣
The tow hitches are approverd and not a savety hazard. There are different types of the same care some are able to tow and some are not. They don’t have a tow hitch then. That is a misconception of yours.
I hope your car has winter tires?
I have never seen those contacts 🤔 I would actually not recommend to use them. Maybe they where for Karneval/Fasching?

2:42 Yeah, because they ARE normal people...they don´t need to look intimidating, that´s what USK and SEK are for.
3:03 Correct. Selling stuff uncontrolled can be dangerous, addictions can be a bigger thing with that.
4:58 Incorrect. This isn´t north corea.
5:50 Why should somebody buy a big car, that´s simply a waste of space, if they can get a smaller car that does the same as a big fancy PickUp?
6:15 Of course they are capable of more. Size doesn´t make a car strong, that´s BS
7:05 14 if Parents are present, 16 to get Beer, Wine and Champaign, 18 for Whisk(e)y, Booze, Liquor. It´s okay, since in rural areas most kids have their first beer way sooner than with 14. And: believe it or not, by this tactic, most people here know how to handle alcohol. If somebody who´s not allowed to drink until they´re 21, they don´t know how much they can take. Impressions during teenage years are very strong, so if a teenager get´s totally drunk with 14 years, the next day feels like dying and so on, he most likely won´t drink that much again.
8:03 they´re without doctor´s note, because there´s no medical reason to get them. It´s just a style thing, and by that it´s okay.
8:45 Incorrect. The registration is as long as you own the car. You have to do a checkup for the car every 2 years, to make sure it doesn´t impose a threat to other participants in traffic. In addition you pay taxes for your car, depending on the engine size and fuel, once a year. The checkup does not only cover the mechanics but also the emissions of the car. TÜV and AU are mandatory, and it´s illegal to avoid it, up to the point where your car can be declared unsafe for traffic and therefore is confiscated by police.

As long as you have your car you can keep the number it got registered with. In the past you had to have it re-registered when you moved to another town or county that has different letters the plate starts with. So a Munich numberplate had to be exchanged for an Augsburg or Frankfurt or whatsoever one as soon as you did not live in Munich anymore. But each second year your car needs to undergo a safety check and when you neglect that your numberplate is not fully valid anymore, your insurance will still pay damage that you have caused for third parties but may want part of that money back when they find out that your car was in a bad technical state. So save time and trouble leave your car at a garage that either drive your car to the testing centre or have a safety engineer of them come to their place and do the testing on their premises. They have the necessary stuff for testing the brakes and see whether the chassis is still ok and the wheels are in line and the engine does not leak oil. A stamp in your car's papers and a badge/seal on the numberplate tell you when the next general test is due to come.

Hmm, see it this way, if you have experianced alcohol in a young age like 14, you know your limits, you can better handel it. Not like in the US, your gone 21 and of you go, have maybe an carcrash with alcohol, or something else. Those kids you shaw, there must be one in the age of 18, because in the store you have to prowe your age if you loke that young.
