You can keep for as long as possible nothing will happen to it. I have kept it for 3months plus and it remains the same. U only hsake it very well when u want to use it. Or better still u mix the quantity u want to use for that day. For commercial purpose, don't mix it too light I mean it shouldn't be too watery so that the buying can benefit as well
