I have no idea why this showed up in my "recommended" videos but I am certainly glad it did; I had absolutely no idea that this level of skill and professionalism even existed in the Driveway creation world.
Somewhere you clicked on something relating to construction, concrete, contractors, how it's made etc etc.. Or the up loader just added a bunch of unrelated, popular tags to get his upload fished out by the search engine!! Plus, Google will just through bait at you to see if you'll bite and you did!
I will agree that these men here are professionals. While as to type of tools or methods of applying colors can have many options based on someone’s preference and technique the true sign is the fact that they knew the importance of the subgrade which is why the also knew no rebar or mesh would be needed. Glad to know there’s still true knowledgeable contractors out there.
When we bought our house the original owner had used Readypave Ltd, so when we were looking to extend our pathway after a conservatory addition we again used Readypave Ltd. 4 years later we wanted to extend our existing driveway and once again called in Readypave Ltd. Excellent service and great guys. When we are asked who did the work we always fully recommend Readypave Ltd.
To anybody that does concrete sidejobs take notes!, big ups to this concrete company for doing concrete work the right way for the customers guaranteed!!!
Always wondered how this was achieved .watching you guys at work is awesome, great professional from start to finish be proud to say (I done that) Cheers guys👍👍👍👍
I’m having this done at my house right now, your men look far more skilled and professional than the people working at mine. Yours looks completely flat and those cuts are almost invisible. The cuts on mine are noticeable and the staining seems to be fading already (was laid last week with powder colouring and acid stained borders couple days after then been power washed with a shampoo a couple times) they have still not used any sealer yet but mine is very dippy and wavey. You can see it and feel it under foot when walking on it little bits higher than others and also dips here and there particularly around manhole covers. Also they started on May 2nd now is May 31st and still not finished yet. Overall I wish your company was closer as this job looks incredible and is what I was hoping for. Sadly I must have hired some inexperienced cowboys. Might show them this video to show them how it should be done. Great video guys great work 👍
Looks much better than block paving and I guess it’s more easy to maintain. Just rinse it with water when it gets dirty without needing to pressure wash and resand and relay the sunken blocks! Love it!
@@bobbyapplepants5144 I don't think adding rebar would've been necessary for a smaller type of pour like this, but people do have their methods. In my experiences I only seen it get used for deeper pours of concrete.
A quality job, my work takes me visiting many houses and seen some very poor jobs like cracking and puddles etc. So nice to see a company that takes pride in their work.
Y'all are the Picasso's of concrete!! You take plain old gray cocrete and turn it into art work! That turned out so beautiful! And to add to this video, y'all have a great sense of humor- The anti paperboy force shield? ROFLMBO! Awesome work!! 🙂♥️
There are usually services underneath most driveways. If they need to be accessed once it's laid then a section can be cut out and relayed with minimal scarring due to the lack of fading or wearing experienced by the surface finish, it would just need to be done by an experienced contractor.
Aye it’s right up there for sure, Pyramids, blocks in Peru, cathedrals, Hoover dam, and my slabs I laid to the garden gate, they are a dying breed thanks for sharing ☺️👌👍
most jobs are 1-2 days preparation and then 1-2 days concreting obviously depending on the size. We then have to leave the concrete to cure for 5-7 days and then the staining and sealing process is usually done in one day. the concrete can be walked on the day after it is laid but not driven on for 7 days whilst it gets up to strength.
Not using steel mesh on a driveway worth many thousands is just stupid. For the extra few hundred dollars it hold the slab together for many many years and strengthens against any tree roots or ground movements that might effect the slab. Great finish though. I appreciate good work.
I have clay soil at my house. Brick hard in summer and soft like putty in winter. Laid a garage base with 6 inches of compacted hardcore before pouring 6 inches of concrete with square mesh inside. Lasted a couple of years before a crack appeared right across the middle. The base isn’t going anywhere and is still solid, but makes me wonder how long these concrete drives will last if laid on a similar soil. Nice job guys.
Readypave Limited you should do a video of the most unaccessible sites.. I remember yeoman boarding over garage roofs etc with wheelbarrows.. Concrete waits for no man lol
Really nice work. lt was great to watch how you created the pattern.

That's not concrete work, that's art work! Beautiful! Great job!
Q Crews could not agree with u more, that’s really art work! Very nice work!
I'm not even having this job done but strangely found this video very satisfying to watch.
Great job.

I never get tired watching another man work.
Amazing work, nothing beats watching people using their expertise, and this was just that.

This is professional job! The care with masking, and cutting in expansion joints proves that. 👍🏻
Thanks for the compliment
Shame about the final spray drift on garage and house bricks
But looks great
you are craftsman and grafters; this country pays big money to people who talk all day and achieve nothing but you go out and do it. big up.
Good video, informative and you boys look like you take pride in your work

I did concrete work for 8 years and I can tell you these guys earn their money.
Faultless chaps. Ruthless efficiency.
For me.... the star of the show was your vibrating screed. Never seen one here in new Zealand. Its magic
I love watching these kind of videos. Very professional, good time lapse footage, and beautiful job done! Nice work guys 💪👍😎

I´m impressed. Never seen something like this in Germany before, good Job to the english craftsmen!
No idea why anybody would give a thumbs down to this vid.
Obviously jealous
at least there's people out there that can do a proper job
Yes! All about the work force!!!! Hard to find good workers in todays world!
Yes it definitely is. Good skills at work there!
pay them enough and you will find your good workers
It's hard to find a company that pays an acceptable salary in todays world.
Good question. Is it enough that the slab was cut ?

So impressive. Wish all 'workmen' prepped like you did.
Superb from start to finish. You get what you pay for. Proper tradesmen.
I love the idea of the guy delivering the rock is also picking up the debris. Genius
One of the most interesting videos ive ever seen on UA-cam tbh.

Something soothing about watching concrete being poured and worked with for me.

Terrific install, nice to see a job completed properly.
This l👀ks awesome! It looks better than paving as no plants will grow up between the bricks like ordinary paving right? 😁
Hii
That was strangely relaxing. Looks like a really good job.
I always find it therapeutic watching over people work! ; )
Very impressive system 👍🏼👍🏼,and well installed..
A company that enjoys their work. Great job guys. Legit work and detail.
beautiful work!
Addictive watching and great results!
Nice job, good to see tradesmen that have pride in thier work.
Is it repairable if some work has to be done ie an area dug up for a burst pipe etc.
I would imagine that anyone having this work done will want to ensure there are no pipes underneath!

Readypave Limited how much would something like this cost?
@@paw7110 Used to be around £2,000 but you can definitely double or even triple that these days.
Wow just wow what an awesome job well done lads 🇬🇧
Your right they did do a good job...What did it cost ...
All that work and effort is usually less than £4k. I Was surprised too.
I like how you respect the area around the job site. Great job!!

Ma questa è magia... Che bello...e che bravi!!!!!!
how long did the whole process take?

: )
1800 dislikes , bet they're all blockpavers!!
Impressive result and process. Didn’t expect that from the thumbnail!
hmmmm i would have thought rebar or mesh would be required?
Hi. It was not required in this slab. If the ground conditions or slab dimensions dictate its inclusion it is added.
oh ok thanks for the reply
Manny a, keep up son,,they used fibulated fibres these days,,only use Re-bar fir tensile strength ,Not for compound strength,😂😂😂😂🇬🇧
Rebar doesn’t make the concrete stronger it just keeps it from separating or changing elevations when it does crack or shift
Not using steel mesh on a driveway worth many thousands is just stupid. For the extra few hundred dollars it hold the slab together for many many years and strengthens against any tree roots or ground movements that might effect the slab. Great finish though. I appreciate good work.

Lovely job! Informative video and great standard of work.

Awesome job. I really like that power screed.
Thanks. Its a good tool- just needs a bit of practice and the initial rake/strike off needs to be pretty good.
