  • Botox Dyysport, Daxxify, Xeomin and Jeuveaux are all similar products with some differences.
What is the newest botox and is it really better?
    Does Daxxify last longer?
    Should you try Daxxify?
Which one is Dr Rajani's favorite?
    How long Does Botox last?
What are the side effects and complications of wrinkle reduction?
Should you get botox this year?
Dr Rajani makes a 2023 updat on botox and wrinkle reducers to add skin glow, remove wrinkles and allow you to look younger. In fact looking 10 years younger is now possible.
Botox is a cosmetic treatment that is used to temporarily reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles and fine lines. It is a purified protein that is injected into the skin to block the nerve signals that cause muscles to contract. This helps to relax the muscles that cause wrinkles, resulting in a smoother, more youthful appearance. Botox is most commonly used on the forehead, around the eyes, and between the eyebrows. The effects of Botox typically last for about three to four months, after which the treatment can be repeated. It is important to note that Botox is a medical procedure that should be performed by a trained healthcare professional.
NON Surgical facelifts, brow lifts and skin rejuvenation are driving aesthetic patients to practices. #wrinkletreatment #healthyskin #plasticsurgery #skintreatments #skincare

Thank you for such an informative discussion. I went for Dysport yesterday and I feel fine. It was placed in my forehead and at the crows feet. My face immediately looked smoother and my forehead felt much less tense. The provider is a good plastic surgeon here in upstate NY. I’m 64 and wanted to soften forehead lines and 11s that weren’t coming along so well as I wanted with Argireline. I asked him about at home red light treatment and he recommended that I wait 2 weeks to do that. I’m going to see him again in 2 weeks so he can evaluate and see if he placed enough.

I looked like I had hoops, which I had dissolved by a board certified ophthalmologist eye surgeon who also specializes in these procedures. The hoops were gone. However, she scheduled an appt for the removal of the hollows and then canceled they said they would call me back and never did. I got dysport in September for what I call a very angry brow. Whenever I wouke frown my brows would go well beyond just frowning to making me look downright pissed off. It's still hanging on. Not as strong as it was in September but I haven't gone all the way back to the angry brow look. I think I'll have a few more months to go all the way back to baseline. I am very happy with my results. I think I was told it would last 3-6 months and I think by the time it fully wears off it'll most likely be the full six months. Wish I would have done it before the angry brow naturally set in and it wouldn't have gotten tgat bad on its own.

Very disappointed to hear you weren’t thrilled with Daxxify as that is my last hope. I haven’t seen even partial results for 3 years now and don’t know what to do. It’s very depressing to think after spending so much money on preventative Botox my only option is now surgery.
I’m 37 and apparently developed full-blown immunity at 34 (mid-2019). I started Botox for my 11s at 26 and efficacy began declining after ~5 years of 2-3x/yr treatment. I tried Dysport and had minimal results. Eventually zero results. Tried Jeuveau with zero results. Waited a year a half to try Xeomin. Zero results. I waited another year and half and tried Xeomin once more, again with zero results (winter 2022).
I was treated by 7 doctors (board certified facial plastic surgeons and dermatologists) at 5 practices in 2 cities (Rochester, NY and Manhattan). My treatment areas were the glabella, forehead, and crow’s feet. It didn’t make a difference if a different area or multiple areas were treated. I even had only one side of my face injected for comparison purposes and only skin rippling at the crows feet was slightly improved.
If you have any recommendations, I would be forever grateful.

Now after 6 months i feel that my muscles around that eye are so lazy, when i laugh that eye will close almost completly, she put for me 50 units forehead and crow feet only. I watch most every video you post. I love your honest and your educational approach. Thank you, thank you!
I’ve been doing Botox for many years. I understand that’s only treating the underlying issues, collagen, fat and bone loss, etc.
I use tretintoin , vitamin C, ferulic acid combo. Hyaluronic acid in most of my serums. I’ve also recently introduced Cooper peptide.
I’m a firm believer in food nutrients and at least half your body weight in water daily. They do a body good. I’ve been taking Juice Plus for over 20 years. I always get compliments on my skin. I know it’s because this product is bioavailable and works at a cellular level.
However, with Perimenopause as factor, I’m noticing sagging skin around my mouth especially. My father side of the family does not age well. Genetics are a huge factor.
I’m 48 yr old and have just started using RF (Nebulyft), microcurrent (Myolift mini) and LED (Omnilux face mask) in my skin care routine at home.
I know this is a loaded question, ….
What other avenues/approaches can I try during this season of life as prevention for the golden years?
Thanks again for lending your expert advice. I speak for your audience. We greatly appreciate it.
