      A chromosome has 2 chromatids.

      @@MedicosisPerfectionalis tell me one thing once a DNA is replicated there are 2 same DNA so what are they called ?chromatin?

      @@shafiajabeen9785just remember one thing that we count chromosome number by their centromere .. before replication there is one dna , one centromere, one chromosome (nd let's suppose one chromatid) after replication there two dna , two chromatid , still one chromosome because the two chromatids are connected by a single centromere..
