    Randomly stumbled across this video and realised you examined me for one of the stations! I will never forget the Hardy Weinberg equation ever again.. so thank you I guess.
    All the best

    Your videos are sooo good❤️❤️❤️... It would be really helpful if you could make some educational videos like abdominal examinations etc...

      Thanks Sandra - I'm not able to do those currently at home but in the mean time there are some amazing channels that have such videos e.g. @geekymedics

    I tried to get work experience or shadowing at one of the royal free hospitals and the receptionist was rude and hung up on me. :/

      Oh no really! You may have come across one grumpy person. I always find it useful to go in directly and speak to the staff face to face. Good luck!

    Hey I really enjoy your vlogs! And my journey into medicine is somewhat similar to yours haha.. wondering did UCL offer a graduate 4 year course when you enrolled? Or did you enroll on the 5 year course?:)

    • @DrEzgiOzcan
      @DrEzgiOzcan  6 років тому +2

      Awh thank you!! UCL only had a 6 year undergraduate course that was reduced to 5 years (skip intercalated year) if you had a previous degree. I got into a 4 year graduate course elsewhere, but decided to stay in London :)

    great vlog! what's made you think you want go into general practise?

    • @DrEzgiOzcan
      @DrEzgiOzcan  6 років тому +6

      Thank you! :) Its mostly the work life balance, in addition to having opportunities to work part time and do other things e.g. medical education. Also the training is more female friendly. There are some negatives too, but generally the pros outweigh the negatives for me. I can make a video on it to explain it all.

      The Junior Doctor hi do you think it's more female friendly with regards to maternity leave or more things like that sort. Could you tell us a little more please :)

    • @DrEzgiOzcan
      @DrEzgiOzcan  6 років тому +1

      Yes! That’s exactly why GP training is favoured by women. It’s really flexible with maternity leave and are really helpful with getting you to return to work as a part time doctor 😊

    Does “Primary Medical Qualification”
    means the ‘Medical Degree(MBBS)’ or ‘Alevels’?

    • @DrEzgiOzcan
      @DrEzgiOzcan  3 роки тому

      Primary medical qualification is the medical degree you obtain from medical school which is different to a levels (it’s the qualification you obtain before applying to medical school )

      @@DrEzgiOzcan I didn’t quite understand it,
      The PMQ is the qualification we get before applying to medical school is it?

    • @DrEzgiOzcan
      @DrEzgiOzcan  3 роки тому

      It’s your medical degree you are given after completing medical school

      @DrEzgiOzcan  6 років тому +1

      Hi :) it’s a practical exam that medical student take. You have stations with a clinical scenario with an examiner assessing you.
