Watching exercise no.2 (which I find brilliantly practical) I realize why JM press is so effective. Basically, this exercise is the positive part of a JM press executed with a rope. Bravo Mr. Jimmy Kolb!

alright, this coming mesocycle, i'll try the floor skull crushers. tried today, havent in a long time, had some minor elbow pain. i put 5 pounds on each side. tough! i will update in 6 weeks.

My question is, are you related to the great John Kolb? He was before my time, but I knew of all the old head powerlifters, and used them as my inspiration. Thank you sir, and I look forward to a 1500 pound bench press!
Since I started working on the triceps on the bar and on the floor, I have progressed really well on the bench. I have to agree with you, these are for me also the best exercise for triceps strength 👍💪
Good video. Decided to give the cuff cable extensions a go this next training wave and gave them a little rest today during deload and they felt solid. Looking forward to having them around.

I don’t know why I’ve never thought to do extensions on the floor. Genius idea. FYI everyone Jimmys triceps are stupid huge. 😂

How much does the sled weigh when you doing the rope pulls amazing
The empty sled is probably 50-60 lbs

Added in the dead stop floor skull crushers to my tricep regimen and loving those too. Starting to add in some reverse grip floor press next week! 👊
