    Watching exercise no.2 (which I find brilliantly practical) I realize why JM press is so effective. Basically, this exercise is the positive part of a JM press executed with a rope. Bravo Mr. Jimmy Kolb!

    Thanx! i hope one day, i will bench 405...I came to the conclusion that I should be able to do 9x308 to succeed in 1x405, is it true? now i do 5x308lbs

    alright, this coming mesocycle, i'll try the floor skull crushers. tried today, havent in a long time, had some minor elbow pain. i put 5 pounds on each side. tough! i will update in 6 weeks.

    I don’t know why I’ve never thought to do extensions on the floor. Genius idea. FYI everyone Jimmys triceps are stupid huge. 😂

      Lots of calories man. Weight gain shakes, rice. Things like that.

    How are you stud? I started lifting in 1982 under Ernie Frantz. He was my coach until he passed. He coached me to over 1000 pound squat in the early 90s. My question is, are you related to the great John Kolb? He was before my time, but I knew of all the old head powerlifters, and used them as my inspiration. Thank you sir, and I look forward to a 1500 pound bench press!

      The empty sled is probably 50-60 lbs

    @jimmykolb great jimmy i tried 3 finger reverse grip today and my first time with 110kg has been extreme but now my fingers hurt this is normal??

    Since I started working on the triceps on the bar and on the floor, I have progressed really well on the bench. I have to agree with you, these are for me also the best exercise for triceps strength 👍💪

      Added in the dead stop floor skull crushers to my tricep regimen and loving those too. Starting to add in some reverse grip floor press next week! 👊
