Flat shoes help or go barefoot. I'm 68, TMJ, for 8 years now. Everyday is a balance issue, but I hide it well.

Doctors look at me like they've never heard of weird symptoms like these.
TMJ has just been mentioned. No pain , but constantly grinding!! and ears , eyes are involved.
