Maxi Most pros won’t take this up live, a lot of its musical value comes from editing and it’s far below the talent level that they’ve acquired ( getting payed for a recording job on a piece they can sight read in 20 seconds is a little different.)
They've had concert in Prague and honestly it was epic. It had its flaws (sometimes out of sync, synths were pre-recorded, sound masters were sometimes stupid), but as a whole, I've changed TSFH slogan to "Music, that makes you cry", because I was literally crying during To Glory and some others
You see. And on the other hand here I am, listening for the 4th time today, and willing to play this as loud as i can on the way to work tomorrow, because my family is complaining about too loud music -,-
This is how this kind of music should always be played. With real strings and brass instruments!! No computerized horns or strings! This is beautiful to the max!!!! Love TSFH!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is what real music sounds like. Like a dew drop on the grass over a mountain side, near a stream passing through a beautiful rain forest. It's like being one with the Universe and nature itself. Love you TSFH for giving me a better taste of music and of my life.
Interesting that they record the orchestra, vocals and epic drums in separate sessions, and possibly separate locations, mixing both organic and digital together. Lots of production work involved- but the output shows the level of effort. For those of us who can’t afford a real orchestra, these are great reference tracks to try and get close to sonically. TSFH has discovered the winning production combination, not to mention brilliant writing. Result: close to 1m subscribers! So cool!
Apparently lots of film music and recorded stuff is done like this with multiple recording sections for the different parts. Idk why though maybe so there is less chance of something going wrong.
@@hacothetaco2134 It's also much easier for mixing I think, so if the composer wants to emphasize certain things like percussion or brass in the final song. And some things, like percussion and SFX, are probably done with sample libraries rather than with live instruments so those aren't "recorded" per se.
Man, I love when they upload videos like this that give us a better idea of what it takes to produce such great works of musical prowess. I want to see more of this in my subscription feed and less of just title cards. I know that sounds unreasonable, but I love these pieces and being able to see them as well as listen to them is even more enjoyable. God bless Thomas Bergersen, Nick Phoenix, and all the other legendary composers who have made the world a far more positive place to live. Thank you Two Steps From Hell for this truly amazing music and as always, good luck in all your future endeavors.
Music like this is absolutely timeless, regardless of any technology NOTHING can beat the human soul wanting, needing to create and play real music. Keep up the good work
That one was originally supposed to be on Sun, and I don't think there were any recordings taken of that album. So it would have to be in one of their upcoming concerts.
One of the most beautifuliest sights and sounds I've ever heard. Been following y'all for YEARS! Absolutely addicted to your creative styles! Covering every spectrum of the music genre! Unheard of with such Elegance! Im always waiting for the next release!
Sometimes one just simply must listen to Two Steps from Hell. Because, music really does make you braver. I feel so fortunate to have accidentally stumbled on Thomas’ and Nick’s music. It has, quite literally, saved my life. Thank you. It know it’s not much. But, just the same, thank you. Congratulations on having one million (and probably more) subscribers. Outstanding!!!
that sound... amazing ! that chorus... wonderful ! the band... hypnotizing ! all together... GOOSEBUMPS !! again a great job with this beautiful masterpiece ! Thank you !
Wonderful. Awesome. Really brings goosebumps out .... I listen to at least two tracks from TSFH each day - they calm me and remind me that music is so important; esp when dealing with chronic health issues. Really wish they would tour the UK! Thank you for such wonderful music. X
Is there any possibility to be uploaded "Emerald Princes " in recordirdig Session too? That would be great ! Special beauty the live recordings with complete orchestra...!
@@boreasreal5911 It's an album exclusive because it's more than two times longer than any other track on the album. Iirc Lost in Las Vegas is an album exclusive too. It doesn't have an impact on it being uploaded on YT.
This is the way of how the masterpieces are born. Absolutely hypnotic and amazing to see how the wonders of the music are being made. Ethereal. TSFH, you are the best!
I began to listen and continued a little. Then I closed my eyes , and truly felt the art . Thank you for this master piece TSFM. I always liked your music.
I wished that we would see Nick plays the piano .. it would have been even more touching.. Love this piece a lot and i hope that there would be more of this .. especially for "riders of the apocalypse".
I wish they did more concerts. Imagine listening to TSFH live in real life.

They did some live performances in Prague I think a while back

Marek Klučka your so lucky. They have to do a tour!
First time a moshpit was ever scene at a classical concert... and one if the most deadly
That's amazing to see all those musicians together, united for one song

Hey buddy !
(You'd better take a look at AQVILVS' musics, if you love 2SfH, you will definitely enjoy them as I do !)
Hey, It's AQVILVS.
I am a fan of Yours BTW.
I wish they did this for every song
yes bro especially (Victory)
I'd love to see a video of All the Kind's Horses
I'd love to see the one for Run Free.
They probably do, they just may not video tape every one😉
I agree wholeheartedly even though I know it would be unrealistic for them to do so.
These recording session videos are so epic... Hope they will do more of it!
I can't agree more!
Their songs are fantastic, but why exclude the drummer, pianist, and vocalist from the video??
I stopped everything I was doing to watch this. Awesome!
Me too!
Me 3 :-)
Me 4
