      Look for a video with the camera in the guitar hole, you can see how wavy they really are

    • @bleachno9
      @bleachno9 2 роки тому +40

      It's because of the shutter speed and frames per second of the recording camera

    • @chiragmidha2878
      @chiragmidha2878 Рік тому +5

      It's because of the camera, I am not exactly sure if shutter speed has anything to do with or not but images in camera are scanned from top to bottom and left to right, one pixel at a time. That's why the string is at different positions when the image is scanned for every frame and it looks like a wave. You might not see the same effect on your camera because I think these videos have specific camera settings for these waves to happen.

    • @larrypicard5969
      @larrypicard5969 Рік тому +1

      The camera does work the same as the human eye. I believe what you are seeing in the strings is due to stroboscopic effects. These stroboscopic effects are showing standing waves on the strings. The effect is certainly interesting and dramatic. However, it might have been unintentional. The phenomenon is an artifact.

    • @chiragmidha2878
      @chiragmidha2878 Рік тому +3

      @@larrypicard5969 no man I am sure, I know what standing waves are. That's not it. When you do a harmonics on guitar that's when you get a standing wave, this is because of scanning the image from top to bottom. Also a camera and our eye does not work the same way 😅😅.

Photon is the particle that appears under certain circumstances, so that ALL the matter can show a double reality, depending on how its properties are measured. Waves/particle.

      then, you will have given him more than music, you will have given the keys to acting upon the world, at least on the local sphere.
      if precision is seen as the gateway to being happy, instead of a chore, then you have helped him so much.
      then, teach him flow, the Tao of the moments perfection, flowering in that moment.

      These crazy shapes that the guitar string seemingly takes on is caused by the rolling shutter effect of the iPhone’s camera (when digital camera’s take a picture they actually scan over a frame either vertically or horizontally. Basically, not all parts of an image are recorded at exactly same time and some parts are left playing catch up.)

    Had to take intro to guitar in college when i had played guitar for 5 years already and this was a final to play. Hadnt been able to remember the name of this song until yesterday someone heard me playing the intro and knew what it was. I only remembered the intro and then my brain would start playing other stuff. Time to re learn this.

    La Malaguena was a symbiosis between the guitar player and the singer who gave it its personality in it. And it's suggested that for that reason Las Malaguenas don't get generalised and is the performer the one that personalised it. Las Malaguenas possessed only one common musical note, it never changes, thus we never know what Malaguena are we going to listen until the singer sings " el primer tercio" (the first third).
    There are diverse opinions about the origin of Las Malaguenas, but definitely is from Malaga, Southern Spain, where the flamenco as such has its origin.
