That hilt is HUGE. Makes me think that knights of old eras would be carrying those kind of sabers all the time. It also reminds me of some battle scenes from several movies that had sword hilts that were huge in length. That's a real keeper.
If I remember right that set up in game works as a heavy saber, heavy sabers are normally not used by humans do to their extra weight but they are more powerful
It’s because it’s basically two sabers emitting one heavy blade, I wouldn’t doubt an old republic force sensitive would carry one but it’s such a cool concept imo
As always, amazing review, amazing channel Love the intro! You are such a WIN in youtube. Without you, I could have not even start my collection at all. All hopes to you, grow bro, I have faith in you!
Waiting for an”Actual” Cal Kestis Crossguard that actually clicks out the Crossguards on ignition would be dope af. Proffie Saber customization able to play music you want like Cal Kestis’s Theme ect, different sound fonts and look that’s the way any Saber that’s sold should go.
I have noticed a lot of the Kestis sabers suffer from speaker muffling. However, I do have a Kestis Survivor from Korbanth. Towards the top of the saber is where the speaker vents, and it sounds amazing.
Your intros are so amazing. Definitely a show stopping hilt. This may not be canon but maybe holes near the connection piece at the bottom half of the hilt may improve the sound and may let out some light from the core.
Oh lord! Hahha I’ll wind up breaking everything in my backyard hahaha it’s very different having a hilt so long just on its own and top it with side blades.
It’s possible to thin-out that “tube” sound with either some thin foam or cotton. The main problem is that the material is metal, and causes that odd reverb. You just have to dampen the metal.
That is a cool looking saber! It looks like a 2handed sword. Just ordered my first ever lightsaber and from VadersSabers today. Curious to see how long it takes to get here.
@@TheCollectorsOutpost awesome thank you so much for that information! I’ve wanted one for a while now and your videos helped me with my decision to get one!
Thanks for pointing out the screw in side blades. I would love that technology on the main blade. I'm curious to see if you can review a Saber forge with the Colette locking system. It is a circular blade retention System , but it is still rated for light Twirling because the neck is thin.
Hey man. I had long hilt saber that had the same hollow sound problem. I just put cloth after the sound vents to stop the sound from carrying through the hilt and making that metallic sound
Cal’s lightsaber is one I keep thinking of grabbing and now seeing a game accurate cross guard saber out there in the market? Yeah I’m gonna go broke grabbing both
Stellan Gios lightsaber!!! That's what I was thinking!!! It has Cross-Guard blades on the side like this one has, & it was a hilt owned by a Jedi Master in the SW Legends universe, but the lightsaber was way ahead of it's time! (way expensive too, like $700 for a Xeno). It was just because the Cross-Guard didn't fold up & you'd have to screw them in each time, unless you had a nice big place to display it. And a plastic screw gets stripped pretty easy so it got bad reviews. Now that Cal Kestis has a nice functioning one for regular prices though, maybe we'll see some other Cross-Guard designs that can fold up!
Never really realized how small the 89 version looks until this video... Pretty much one-handed? Is the cross-guard version of the lightsaber one-handed in the game??? Too bad that the 2 coupler sections are different sizes. Can you imagine if this was a "Double Bladed Cross-Guard" Lightsaber!!! (best name I could think of for something like that) But you'll definitely need a 40inche or longer blade just to make the scale look normal!!!! (can't imagine that with a 32inche blade...)
Cal Kes large hilted light saber design is to be wheeled as a double handed light saber sword like in the Medieval Nights of Old England in battle not like the regular light sabers.
Have to pass on this one personally, as cool as it is. I'm only 5'7 on a good day, so it's a LITTLE big for someone of my stature! XD Keep up the great videos either way!
Saberforge has even gone beyond the whole screw in blade system now & has a Collet Lock Blade System. It's a machined metal sleeve with slits that compresses to securely hold a cylinder when two housings are threaded together. It's a system that used today for high speed machines where retention of cylindrical metal bits under extremely high torque is required. It works with any stunt or neopixel blades, & no tools needed. Just pop the blade in, twist the Collet Lock to make it tighten around the blade & your good. Doesn't make marks in the blade like retention screws, & any blade works. I bought my first Luke Saber with this system & it holds it in place so tightly there's no need to make the emitter longer to hold the blade or anything...

10:16 - "Size matters not"
"THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
BTW, can you do Kit Fisto's lightsaber next?
I have one here. It’s gonna be a couple weeks but I’ll get to it.
@@TheCollectorsOutpost Can't wait to see it
Why is this so much more expensive on certain pages, and which fucking one is the correct page ? Nsabers? Neosabers? Vaders Sabers? UltimateWorks?

Wow, thank you!
Vaders sabers is amazing. I love them. They have good prices because their sabers are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I always enjoy your reviews when you add in the comparisons. This saber is a beast though 😊 love the overview
Oh this saber is a show stopper for sure!

Man that is huge mate great review 🤙🏻
I love the threaded blade connector, but I am concerned with it be polycarbonate, wearing out it thread or getting stuck.
Thanks

Quest designs makes THE best saber stands
HELL YES!
Do you think civilized sabers creates the best tubes for any lightsaber? Thinking of adding their light tubes to a vaders vault or Sabertrio body
tubes? you mean the blade? i think they get there tubes/blades from the custom saber shop
What a beautiful saber, never have I been more tempted to spend money on a saber. Also does anyone know the music in the intro? Sounds epic.

You should do the higher end ones of the Ultimate works Ashoka Tano
It really Looks Like the Excalibur Sword !!! 🥰🥰🥰

Hey quick question does the 89 saber have an undamaged version of the pummel or can you switch the damaged pummel for the undamaged?
Can you leather wrap this hilt, even though it isn't a flat surface?
Wow that lightsaber is a monster the size is insane and the quality looks great such an awesome lightsaber Jon🐉
Yeah this thing is killer!
It reminds me of the Sword of elendil from lord of the rings

Hopefully it's a big enough success that they keep making more emitters with that system!
Yeah they have great blade licking ideas. I need to pick up one of the new ones
Agree on threads
My parents wont allow me to buy a neopixel even if its my own money bc its too expensive but i rly want one😭
Would you be able to dull with this or is the cross guard blades to delicate?
I would never duel with something like this. You hit them cross blades hard enough and they are snapping right off.
Me once the saber is assembled: "PRAY TO YOUR FORCE GODS, PEASANTS!"
Hahahahaha 🤣
i like your review!!
How long does it usually take for a replica xeno to ship from vadersabers?
2ish weeks.
Is this saber duel worthy?
I wouldn’t just because of the side blades.
Please do the unboxing ultimate works kylo ren lightsaber proffie
Very very few UW sabers coming in for reviews.
This will be the only saber I get that's not from the prequels or og trilogy. Aside from yours that is.
WOW 😮😮
Why would they sell a hilt with a stand that doesn't even work?!?!?!
Like, UH????????
Wasted money. Noice
