Still have my SRAD 750WW, only bike I've ever kept. Been through R1s, ZX10, Fireblades since...but still kept the SRAD, love it. Power commander, TRE, Harris carbon can, K&N filter, set up on dyno. Still surprises a lot of newer bikes out there. Proper riders bike......no electronics, just you, the throttle and a beautifully balanced, great handling bike that can stick its head down and go hard when its asked. Had it since 2002, we've become attached. 😊
The SRAD deserves a better place in the history books. When it first came out in 1996, it was the best motorcycle in the world! But unfortunately, the press, doesn’t like Suzuki… when Yamaha unveiled the R1, the journalists loved it. Not the SRAD… in 2000, the 750, had 150hp and 168kg!!! The R1 was 177kg and 150hp! And again, the press wasn’t impressed..
when she came out I was still riding a bike and with the 4 wheels 😁 I always loved the aprilia rs 50c when I was a teenager, with the rounded rear... like that of a SRAD which makes all the charm of the motorcycle.. now that I have one in my garage I don't think I can part with it anymore.
@@race.day67 Pretty much same story with me... Seen the SRAD on the streets first when I was a small kid and always loved the look, but yeah the rs50 was a dream bike of mine when I was like 13 years old 😁 I bought the 750 srad to temporarily replace my 2nd gen FZ1 that I crashed at brands hatch, and the fazer is still not fixed, I have a 3rd (commuter) bike - fz6 and the SRAD is here to stay. I don't think I'm ever gonna sell it, love this bike!
Alas it only had 128hp declared but can be made to push more.. it's a good engine, and yes a lovely design.. personally the 2000 + models don't look as nice. This design based on the rg500 gp bike chassis is lovely. Short wheelbase, sharp steering, lots of clearance, lovely balance, and like a lot of racers said when they were in the game.. you can put it right where you want it with ease. All in all a great bike, and yes the R1 eclipsed it, and the fireblade also had the edge with CC's, but this was a 750 that was on par with most 1000's of the day.. no small feat. It was the go-to for a lot of hooligans which might have hurt the rep in the press, and there was also a bit of a shadow cast by the TL1000 being a widow maker with it's rotary rear shock around the time.. however It was a bike that gave a heck of a lot of club racers good finishes at the time. If it had dominated more in the superbikes it prob would have lifted it much higher, but Ducati had the edge at that time. It's a modern classic that will be very much sought after in the coming years.. I still don't feel the need to replace mine with something more modern.. I just want to update what I can suspension and braking wise.

Suzuki is top of the top.

❤ich habe sie,ich liebe sie😊
Et moi elle vient d'être vendue
J'ai commandé la nouvelle cbr 600 rr 2024
She sounds sweet with the Yoshi.. I have a ‘98 SRAD 👍🏼
I mean everything is water, just Srad and Hayabusa.
Definitive Sportbike 💙
Nice moto ❤

The K5 750 was a great bike.
Great bike! What front calipers are those?
😍😍😍Quel beauté
😇 j'avoue une belle mamie
Je l'ai en 600 à l'époque c'était de la bécane 👍✌️
Mám 1 stříkačku 1999 červené barvě raketa suzuki škoda že skončili mogp bili super ❤❤❤😢
135hp at the wheel?
yes 136hp
TOP.
Ovo jeee Bikee. Original.
I agree !
Although I still think it looked awful in the Corona colours.
From what motorbike do you get the nissin calipers?
I bought it used like that. But I know that the 4 nissin pistons have more bite than the original 6
I’ve put a brembo RCS master cylinder my 99 srad, and it’s phenomenal
Non 4 piston
