La Palma Trash Cart Rollout

For the trash & green waste cart rollouts for all of the Buena Park yard cities in 2017, EDCO hired a third-party company. I don't know what they're called, but I know for sure that they weren't locally-based Can Do Services. La Palma was rolled out in July 2017, as part of the city's transition to fully automated collection. Followed by Lakewood and Buena Park, CA the following August and September, respectively, for their transition to automated green waste collection.
Thanks to the crew for allowing me to film them delivering fresh Toters. Coincidentally, trashmaster684 filmed this too on the same day, right after I left the area. Comments & likes are always welcome. Enjoy the video!
