I just love that cultures are so different and that you are both open for new experiences. I looked UOVO up and claims itself to be an Italian restaurant from Bologna and I had to smile a bit when I saw you eating the pasta the "asian" way. Here in Europe, especially in Italy of course, we teach our kids to never (in public!) slurp pasta into our mouths because it is seen as unmannerly. There is also a saying that you should never order pasta on a first date because "it can only go wrong". Likewise you shouldn't bite your pasta in halves with your teeth. (again, unmannerly). Small children have their spaghetti pre-cut into smaller pieces with a knife. To be fair, they only served your a fork, which IS the original Italian way to eat pasta. You traditionally only take as much pasta as you can "fit" comfortably around your fork. You twist on the edge of your plate and then you bring the little "ball" to your mouth and repeat. Many Italian places, for example in Germany, offer a spoon though, so that you can twist your pasta on the spoon and use it to mold the ball a little (which is waaay easier and faster haha, but not the Italian way).
I have learned so so much about Korean food and Korean eating culture on your channel that I just wanted to share something about Italian eating habits :). There is obvisouly no right or wrong way to eat pasta! Most important thing is that you enjoy the food and time you spend at a restaurant of any sorts. Love
