I know 2 players who play vaylantz. The one kid was playing the FTK, but I think she dropped the deck after cyber stein got banned. The other guy plays it as a blind second OTK deck; he’s got lava golem and board breakers in main so he can flex König Wissen’s effect for extra removal. He’s got a ton of floodgates in the side for going first.

Finally Pendulum content.
This man’s personality and humor is outmatched.
If you had something like Change of Heart or Enemy Controller with another tribute somehow, you could take one of the other monsters not protected by Elf, and then use both to run over the Fossil.
But that's very specific.
Vaylantz is locked to ss vaylantz only except from extra deck, so you can only fetch pegasus from electrumite. Best hand from vaylantz ends on the lock, field spell on opp field (no imperm/evenly), and 2 pops (arktos + saion), plus 2 mats apolousa as a bonus~
Nobody tell Trif that Vaylantz is the most successful Pendulum deck in terms of OCG results over the past year. Though the new AGOV pend stuff has taken over so its back to pendulum magicians being the best pend deck again.

@@user-vl8ck4gz6w Electrumite, still have SK Starving Venom, which I think is now limited to prevent the FTK builds from exploiting it. But yeah, their banlist hasn't been schizophrenic about pendulums and they have more stuff to play with between new support and cards that never made it into the TCG.
TCG is no fun allowed right now. It's obviously not going to let Pendulum be as consistent right now. Don't play that. OCG or Master Duel only.

Hey Trif, can you also make a Scareclaw deck in master duel ? Can you make the same build you do in the TCG in master duel? Also, I know you have this combo with accesscode and vicious astraloud where you otk your opponent to oblivion. Do you have another way to do this in master duel since astraloud is not available yet. Vaylantz is such a good deck on paper, sadly we can’t replicate it’s crazy combos as long as we don’t have electrumite :(
I play Vaylantz and generally you can end on at least Arktos and a 3 mat Apollousa. The best hands tack on Mamonaka too.
5 interactions isn't too bad.
Ths problem is playing through interactions. You have some pretty obvious chokepoints
Hold a W for saying Pendulum is good. Keep d riding Endymion while learning other pendulum decks bud!

Tbh Vaylantz is probably the best pend deck in master duel since they don't have the Agov stuff. Vaylants is better than endymion in 3 aspects. Better turn 1 board, can play with a single card and has a lot of non engine space.

Dracoslayer weak to ash on Pegasus, vaylantz is way WAY harder to disrupt.

Vaylantz is legitimately the deck with the most potential in the whole game. It can pump out Beatrice + Exceed w/ scales 1&10, Beatrice + Knightmare Gryphon or Beatrice + Nirvana High Paladin like it's nothing enabling them to search literally any card in the game or summon almost any 2 monsters in the game (one Beatrice+Exceed activation being on your opponent's turn altho getting that first summon would need a non-Vaylantz locked line)
