Workouts do not burn fat. Being in a calorie deficit does. If you do all the exercises in the world all day long but you eat more calories than you burn, you will put on fat on your face and anywhere else
Hi Peta. I have been upset with myself. I know it's something I am not doing right. I have been practicing all of your exercises. I have gotten wrinkles just under my cheeks both cheeks. I was wondering would it be my hand placement. I am trying to do the cheek lifter exercise and when I do the 0 making wrinkles around mouth also. Don't know if it's that or the cheek plumber exercise just under my cheeks. I know it myself doing something wrong. Sorry Peta. If I keep watching and doing exercise will this right it's self. 😭. I don't want to give up.😭 . Wish it would come right for me. Hope I am not driving you mad. I know you can't see what I am doing. But with your experience I just wanted to ask.xx
@@susanlangan3866 you tighten your nose forward and up, you the automatically tighten the middle of the top lip in the same time, but don’t try to tighten the lip, it should be relaxed, it kind of happened naturally. Hope you get it, don’t give up until you get it, after that it’s easy. Good luck🙂🙏🏼

I used to be a vegetarian, vegan, all of that. but at the end of the day, I started eating meat again, and I eat nutritious foods but i guess I am like everyone else. I am not a purist
You are gorgeous but I disagree about distance between filtrâmes and upper lip. Most aestheticians claim that the shorter this distance, the younger one looks - not the longer distance! That’s why people get lip lifts and have skin removed surgically to shorten the distance. Have I misunderstood?

Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Peta, I’m in series 3 and I follow your instructions rigorously. But let me tell you that, after being outside, wearing my mouth mask, I remove it in my car or at home and I hold this nose posture for 20 seconds just to feel that my nose goes back to its place. I love the feeling ;)
Hi! Is it normal that it begins to hurt? Also the muscle at the bottom of my nose is quite droopy and I want to make it perfectly straight ? Whenever I push my nose upwards it has less of a bump, do you think this exercise will help me?
Hi Peta, thank you for the update. I'm actually finding this exercise very difficult to do. I looked in the mirror and it seem all I'm doing is flaring my nostrils. These muscles must be so week. It does help to do it along with you and I'm trying to visualize my nose muscles moving like yours. Any other suggestions that may help?
the muscles will be weak because we dont use them in that manner. Just keep trying, watch the video over until you get it, once you do you wont forget what to do.
I'm scared cause I can do it right away 😂 I do have a question: Can this exercise make the nose tip smaller? I'm satisfied with the other parts of my nose. The only reason my nose looks big is because of the thicker “skin” on the tip.

Hello Peta. I'm a bit embarrassed because I don't know if this is the same exercise in the nose, it seems to me that in another exercise (video) you lift the tip of the nose slightly up, and in this exercise you say just keep the tip of the nose and muscles pull down

Hi Peta, I was wondering why we have to squeeze the nose with our fingers while doing the exercise? When you show it without holding your fingers on your nose, I don't see any wrinkling. Just curious, I will continue to do the exercises exactly as you say! Thanks so much!
I've just started series 1, level 1 and these tutorial/explanations are really useful. I'm a terrible one for rushing ahead and thinking 'more is more', and these help me to get out of that mindset. I haven't done a full week , so not expecting results yet, but no negative effects, which is promising. I have tried two well known facial exercise programmes in the past and they definitely made my face worse in a very short space of time because they promoted creasing. I'm very inspired by your results Peta ; thanks for sharing!

You look amazing 😍 how many times do i need to do this! I was in a HORRENDOUS RTA my front of body n face took inpact from airbag front passenger I was sitting further away from DASHBOARD I have GENRALISED DYSTONIA + numerous issues physically residuals from RTA. I ALWAYS SAY DONT SIT FAR AWAY FROM DASHBOARD AS FIREMAN SAID 300-400 MPH IMPACT.... ONE OF MY disabilities is hand dexterity which is v poor due to dystonia make finger claw cant make fist n also v bad tremor....Peta can you please show alternative way to do how do i do the exercise mostly appreciated. Just a question. Do I do the move with my fingers or do I have to use the muscles pushing down and hold just against the movement with the fingers. Or could I do the exercise do without fingers.

Hi Peta, thanks for the update and the explanation of why one has to do ALL the exercises shown in the EAWM series. I am well on my way in series 1, doing 100 repetitions. But I found the nose exercise rather difficult and was considering skipping it. Now of course I won't.
I NEED YOU TO HELP ME!!!!! i have an asian nose. there's a lower point between the bone and the tip of my nose. Can i do this excercise to remove that lower point? Help me, i just want an acttractive nose, I NEED YOU!!!!!
It won’t remove the lower point but it will make the top less saggy and more upturned making the lower point less visible But what I can say for sure is it will definitely improve ur nose and make it sharper and the tip less saggy

hi, i'm 15 and i kinda have a sagging nose. i dont know how to describe it but the part of nose between my nostrils is low and i want to straighten that part. Would this exercise help me as well or is it for older people who want their nose to look the way it looked when they were around my age? I mean like this is the natural shape of my nose but I want to fix it, will this exercise help me? I really really hope you answer, thank you.
Hi peta,I’m on week six of series one,and have noticed my nose is a much better shape now through doing the nose exercises,now that I’m going on series two, I’m wandering can I do a maintenance nose exercise a couple of times aweek, to keep the new shape, as I’m not sure if it will be ok with series two exercises.😃
Hi Lisa, no , just keep going with the prescribed exercises in all the series. If you exercise your nose too much it will become misshapen and is why there are different ones. All of the exercises in each series will exercise the nose and surrounding muscles in some way.
Can I ask why you can’t do these exercises at such a young age but I know someone who has done these exercises at 15 and has already started to see some changes in the neck
There are a number of reasons. Firstly, your face is still developing, and at a young age, you should not be messing with that. Next, its a matter of commitment, I cant see you doing these exercises for the rest of you life, and because its like if you go to the gym, and start that at 15, would you go for the rest of your life? once you stop, your face reverts to the way it would have been at the age you stop. Workouts do not burn fat. Being in a calorie deficit does. If you do all the exercises in the world all day long but you eat more calories than you burn, you will put on fat on your face and anywhere else
This exercise is quite difficult. I never used these muscles of the nose. I even didn't know they exist.

Hi Peta. I have been upset with myself. I know it's something I am not doing right. I have been practicing all of your exercises. I have gotten wrinkles just under my cheeks both cheeks. I was wondering would it be my hand placement. I am trying to do the cheek lifter exercise and when I do the 0 making wrinkles around mouth also. Don't know if it's that or the cheek plumber exercise just under my cheeks. I know it myself doing something wrong. Sorry Peta. If I keep watching and doing exercise will this right it's self. 😭. I don't want to give up.😭 . Wish it would come right for me. Hope I am not driving you mad. I know you can't see what I am doing. But with your experience I just wanted to ask.xx
@@susanlangan3866 you tighten your nose forward and up, you the automatically tighten the middle of the top lip in the same time, but don’t try to tighten the lip, it should be relaxed, it kind of happened naturally. Hope you get it, don’t give up until you get it, after that it’s easy. Good luck🙂🙏🏼

I used to be a vegetarian, vegan, all of that. but at the end of the day, I started eating meat again, and I eat nutritious foods but i guess I am like everyone else. I am not a purist
You are gorgeous but I disagree about distance between filtrâmes and upper lip. Most aestheticians claim that the shorter this distance, the younger one looks - not the longer distance! That’s why people get lip lifts and have skin removed surgically to shorten the distance. Have I misunderstood?

Peta, I’m in series 3 and I follow your instructions rigorously. But let me tell you that, after being outside, wearing my mouth mask, I remove it in my car or at home and I hold this nose posture for 20 seconds just to feel that my nose goes back to its place. I love the feeling ;)

Hi Peta, thank you for the update. I'm actually finding this exercise very difficult to do. I looked in the mirror and it seem all I'm doing is flaring my nostrils. These muscles must be so week. It does help to do it along with you and I'm trying to visualize my nose muscles moving like yours. Any other suggestions that may help?
the muscles will be weak because we dont use them in that manner. Just keep trying, watch the video over until you get it, once you do you wont forget what to do.

Hello Peta. I'm a bit embarrassed because I don't know if this is the same exercise in the nose, it seems to me that in another exercise (video) you lift the tip of the nose slightly up, and in this exercise you say just keep the tip of the nose and muscles pull down

I've just started series 1, level 1 and these tutorial/explanations are really useful. I'm a terrible one for rushing ahead and thinking 'more is more', and these help me to get out of that mindset. I haven't done a full week , so not expecting results yet, but no negative effects, which is promising. I have tried two well known facial exercise programmes in the past and they definitely made my face worse in a very short space of time because they promoted creasing. I'm very inspired by your results Peta ; thanks for sharing!

You look amazing 😍 how many times do i need to do this! I was in a HORRENDOUS RTA my front of body n face took inpact from airbag front passenger I was sitting further away from DASHBOARD I have GENRALISED DYSTONIA + numerous issues physically residuals from RTA.
I ALWAYS SAY DONT SIT FAR AWAY FROM DASHBOARD AS FIREMAN SAID 300-400 MPH IMPACT.... ONE OF MY disabilities is hand dexterity which is v poor due to dystonia make finger claw cant make fist n also v bad tremor....Peta can you please show alternative way to do how do i do the exercise mostly appreciated. Will the curvature of the nasal bones be corrected with this exercise?
I'm 13 I have droopy nose and I'm 13 can I do it bec i have natruley droopy nose??

Hi Peta, thanks for the update and the explanation of why one has to do ALL the exercises shown in the EAWM series. I am well on my way in series 1, doing 100 repetitions. But I found the nose exercise rather difficult and was considering skipping it. Now of course I won't.

I NEED YOU TO HELP ME!!!!! i have an asian nose. there's a lower point between the bone and the tip of my nose. Can i do this excercise to remove that lower point? Help me, i just want an acttractive nose, I NEED YOU!!!!!
It won’t remove the lower point but it will make the top less saggy and more upturned making the lower point less visible But what I can say for sure is it will definitely improve ur nose and make it sharper and the tip less saggy
What do you mean by full face routine do you mean I have to exercise my cheeks, nose, lips, forehead and eyes?
Hi Hiku, I am a gym member and I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has a program that we follow, it is a full face routine if you follow as Peta describes you will achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

hi, i'm 15 and i kinda have a sagging nose. i dont know how to describe it but the part of nose between my nostrils is low and i want to straighten that part. Would this exercise help me as well or is it for older people who want their nose to look the way it looked when they were around my age? I mean like this is the natural shape of my nose but I want to fix it, will this exercise help me? I really really hope you answer, thank you.

Hi peta,I’m on week six of series one,and have noticed my nose is a much better shape now through doing the nose exercises,now that I’m going on series two, I’m wandering can I do a maintenance nose exercise a couple of times aweek, to keep the new shape, as I’m not sure if it will be ok with series two exercises.😃
Hi Lisa, no , just keep going with the prescribed exercises in all the series. If you exercise your nose too much it will become misshapen and is why there are different ones. All of the exercises in each series will exercise the nose and surrounding muscles in some way.
How often are we supposed to do these?? Every single day??

Can I ask why you can’t do these exercises at such a young age but I know someone who has done these exercises at 15 and has already started to see some changes in the neck
There are a number of reasons. Firstly, your face is still developing, and at a young age, you should not be messing with that. Next, its a matter of commitment, I cant see you doing these exercises for the rest of you life, and because its like if you go to the gym, and start that at 15, would you go for the rest of your life? once you stop, your face reverts to the way it would have been at the age you stop. Mainly people who do the exercises are committed for life, because they have an understanding of what needs to happen and at 15 I think its not possible. Please do not do them until around 30.
