I was there. 1st Gilmour or Floyd-related show I've ever been to, and I'm 61. Now I cannot not cry when I hear this -- because I feel like I wanted to be there for all of my life. .... One unexpected great and moving memory is singing with everyone else.
I was at the 10/29 show too. The back was the best viewing for the lasers. Loved that the crowd went wild during intermission cause the Dodgers had just won. What a night that was!
His vocals have gotten better with each show working his voice and again playing regularly has also given him more assurance with it, he is also improvising somewhat with each solo, I saw the show at the Royal Albert Hall and it was brilliant enough there but I think he has made it better with each show, MSG is going to be very special.
Yep. People were saying he was too old but I think it was a mixture of the 8 years between tours and how the producer wanted so many takes on the album. Forgetting parts of the song was probably age though 😂. But glad he’s found the rhythm again.
Rick Beato mentioned how amazing the audio quality was in person. Now hearing how clear it is on this recording I can quite believe it must have been awesome. 🎸🍾❤️
I would say best solo so far from this tour and I think he should stick to this version . I feel in some of the previous ones , his habit of over improvising was getting him in trouble ending up with bum notes ,sounding weird in some parts and little mistakes here and there and ruins it in a way which is a real shame .

Was a first for me too and I’m 46. Hearing Gilmour’s guitar tone in person was bucket list ✅
I was there on the Oct 30th show, 2nd show for me, the 1st was March 27, 2016 at the Forum. Both fantastic shows.

I had a friend who went that night and said the intermission Dodgers celebration was pretty cool indeed!
I was there on the 30th and that's the night they won the world series not the 29th.
@@jessejames5825 you're right i had the date wrong

Appreciate you. Different and difficult perspective. But the sound is awesome. Thanks, he's been one of my faves since the 70's.
Wish I could have been there, thank you so much for sharing🙏🏻
Superb audio quality. Thanks for sharing.

@@stallion169 Completely agree
Still wishing for Run Like Hell.
No, cans, no click-trackimg, no synching.
Very good audio, the rest is up to shit.
Shi**iest venue in the world
What? Lol the bowl is great
Why ?
What!? It's not even the shittiest venue in the Hollywood hills. The Greek is a thousand times worse and half the volume.
@dmstewart66 i meant shinniest lol...
