I had exactly the same problem, but since I am overseas I could not bring it over to you.
so with a small screwdriver I took the o-ring out cleaned the iner place witch had black coffee. reputed the oring back to place and it was working like a clock! thank you again!!!

Hey there, the pink gasket seems to be in good share, but my machine is still leaking. Coffee doesn’t even comes out.
