    Here's the product link for those interested: diefree.com/kung-fu-grip/
    I'm in the habit of not putting links due to policy concerns, but hopefully this one is okay!

    I love innovation. To me. The best part of the AR platform is the modularity. All of these small upgrades and changes. Lead to large overall change in the ergonomics. And the ease and speed of use.

    I will definitely be trying one. I prefer a more vertical grip angle than the standard AR grip angle.

    Good evening, Justin. I will look into ordering one for my VR80. Yes! I noticed when you were shooting your AR, your right arm. I like that. 20$. I mite just buy one in each color. 😎🤘🇺🇸🍻

    I am enjoying this grip a lot. It just makes me wish it were true vertical to make the wrist even closer to neutral.

    If the grip was set back further to accommodate finger length with the same 12° tilt. If your trigger finger is too close to the Magwell it could create fumbling trying to get your finger to the trigger. It might also change how you engage the mag release

    Bought one after watching this. I like the angle, the price, and the look. I just wish it had the rubber over-mold like the Magpul K2+.

    I tried one, and it causes me to bend my wrist more than my Magpul Moe SL grip. It was not as comfortable.

    The con of the feel can be addressed but the lack of the storage space for critical gear is going to make me hold off.

    • @JustinOpinionChannel
      @JustinOpinionChannel  Місяць тому +1

      Yep - that's why I was sure to mention that. That small storage space is critical for a lot of folks. Maybe they'll update the product in the future.

      It looks like the old Diamondhead USA VRS, I think the company went out of business can't find their website. I remember they were known for their flip up sights, but also made that triangle handguard too. Hope that helps.

    Everyone interested in buying this grip isn’t made for guys with really big palms or hands. I love the grip but it’s micro compared to my hands. Makes it feel really awkward cause it’s really skinny. Just saying. I purchased one so keep that in mind.

    I like a steeper grip angle when shooting prone or from the bench. I think the Magpul K2 grip has a similar grip angle while addressing the shortcomings of the Kung Fu grip.

    Why does it take 60 plus years for this kind of innovation? There must be a drawback to it otherwise my mind doesn’t understand why this is the first of its kind!

      Guys that grew up shooting in a bladed stance were used to A2 style. as body armor became standard grip angles have slowly decreased
