- 2b2t's nether spawn has always been quite difficult to travel anywhere other than the main highways. In this video, I'm going to show you have the Nether Roof Freedom Group dug out an ENORMOUS part of the nether just for making travel easier. I bet you haven't done as much mining as these players did.

The marketing of 2b2t as an anarchy server is deceptive. And Hausemaster actively censors people who mention in community forums such as Reddit that the server has rules as well as administrators. Because he and other content creators make money lying to impressionable children, pretty much.

In this case, they can still cripple the project. Either by filling it with Obsidian - ironically using Baritone to place it - or by blowing the floor to smithereens so it resembles the destruction at Nether Spawn and makes travel that much harder again.

This video is a little old, but I just now encountered it, and my son was actually one of the people who anonymously built that thing. I remember watching him on his laptop, asking what he was doing while he was playing on the 2b2t server he kept telling me about. Very cool to see it on video. 😁

Really glad to know it had a history attached to it. Desovered it when trying to quickly get back to where I died. Not only did it give me full freedom to move in any direction, but because it wasn't a narrow strip of road it greatly decreased my chances of running into another player and getting sent back to spawn...

It was so much fun being apart of that project, crazy how such an old game can bring new people together
it’s like real human history. all chaotic, some people for good and some for bad. all just trying to survive and thrive. we try to leave a legacy, and even if the names of the people who did it are forgotten, what they did lives on. it’s a small moment in tbt2s history but an important one. like all the rest.

Ah, yes. I love this game. There are 3 villages in my minecraft world (and they're pretty close to one another, and all in a snowy biome, too!), and I named them after the three towns in the Frostlands. I even started building the Flamesgrace Cathedral. (I'll have to use a lot of stone bricks...)

This actually helped me escapse spawn the other day. It was 5th December just joined 2b2tbafter waiting 4 hour in queue because i am in asia so low queue times anyway i found a nether portal and used barition to reach 35k overworld. Thx to them and then hopped in a portal escpaed spawn then tried baritone to 70k then extremely unlucky me got killed most by player since i was using barritone and got killed but that makes spawn escapse so much more easier cuz i only got killed there once comparing to like 9 times in highway all that space really stops killing.
Salute to the anonymous group because players like them can help everyone by making it more convenient to travel fast and safe in 2b2t

How you know something is going to be griefed on 2b2t.
When I briefly played on the server early this year, I think I came across that 1% of excavation while escaping spawn in the -x,-y section of the nether. I remember finding a massive room like those that was larger than render distance and had ended chests here and there.
i hope one day i can do something like this on 2b2t someday, something that helps all the players and make it kind of a safe space where it’s up to people if they want to be nice with each other and if they don’t then that’s up to them but i’d honestly like to see 2b2t have a like community of people who are actually friendly because it contradicts everything the servers about
