It’s why dancers, especially trained contemporary dancers, usually have such phenomenal bodies. They do all these movements and then some! It’s important when doing these tho to keep the abs firm and engaged to support the back and it will also help to over time lengthen the lower back muscles and to get that pelvis tucked in and under.

Ashley Valley well I’m 40 now so not anymore, but I still got a pretty damn good one for 40 thanks to years of dance when I was younger but now I do yoga and workout lol and the occasional dance class here and there for fun. I do miss it though.

Good tips! Dancers have very well developed bodies. This kind of training is especially good for the upper body which meany dances lack

Probably the most aesthetically beautiful man I've ever seen , from hair to feet, other than Greek bronze and marble statues.
The movements remind me of the modern dance of a woman I once knew in NYC, Martha Graham. She would have loved this chap and wanted to create a dance based on his movement.
    Incredibly graceful and yet strong.

Hi! Do you give the muscles some rest when you get post workout soreness? Or do you keep going? I tend to workout 1/2 days, 4 times a week... But nowadays I have more time on my hands, and I am kind of addicted and would like MORE MORE MOREEEEE haha. But I keep getting soreness... and although some references say it's ok and they encourage to workout even more... I still wonder... What's your take on this ?
