    2800 views and no one liked it yet! This is so true. I’ve noticed a huge difference when aiming for 4.3-4.5 final PH. I’ve been adding 1ml phosphoric acid (96%) per 50 gram dry hop in 24 litres 5%, none if cryo/lupo, and found this had a huge improvement on hoppy beers

      so when you say final Ph. is that post fermentation before bottling or post boil just before fermenting.

      Final PH before kegging, same as post fermentation
