I used to have a team leader mj card with a picture of him snatching a gnarly rebound, forget the brand name. I wanna say it was fleer. anyway, the card ended up being worth some money but as an immature child I didn't take good care of my things and I found it bent in a drawer one day and tossed it away in disgust. another "coulda shoulda woulda" moment I think we all have in some form or another.

Thanks, nice vid. Lot of cool MJs I collected and still have from when I was younger. I think the 1993 UD Skylights #466 fits in this category too. Cheaper cool looking card that sells for a nice premium in PSA 9 or 10.

I "officially" got back into the hobby last August, BUT in June after the Jordan documentary I sent in 29 MJs from my childhood collection via the GOAT Quarterly Special. I truly knew nothing whatsoever about getting cards ready for PSA, had to google "How to Send to PSA" & everything. You nailed a few of those cards, especially #1, love that checklist & actually he has a few more checklists that are nice cards. The big one I think you missed is also from the 1991 Upper Deck set, either of his Holos, AW1 & AW4. AWESOME looking cards, tremendously hard to grade, yet still not valued that high. Like you said, can never have enough Jordans! Btw, outta the 29 cards I graded, ZERO 10s, 4 9s, & the rest a smorgasboard of 5-8s, but I love em all! HaHa!

Love the video Matt. Interesting to see if CSG carries even close to the value PSA does on some of these. I picked up some of the Topps Achives after another Jordan video you posted. Love the card. Great call. Also really like the 90 Skybox, especially with the golf picture on the back. A couple to add is the 91-92 Upper Deck Magic vs, Jordan #34 and 91 Hoops Dream Team # 62. I realize they are not just Jordan, but have some value because they include Jordan. Both have white borders making them easier to grade as well

Way back in 2018 through January 2020, I bought up EVERY Michael Jordan card that I found in the quarter/dollar boxes/binders at the card shows that I went to. Everybody else was going after Giannis, LeBron, Steph, etc... Not me. I was after the Jordan's. Being that I'm just a collector, I still have them all.

Very nice video. Very informative and interesting to watch, but with exception. Here, both the cards and prices you share, are not quite as accurate as one would believe. Sure, you can purchase these cards at discount prices from a variety of sellers, but the problem most may not be aware of, is the cost of submission, shipping, grading and authentication, return shipment costs, and if one intends to then sell these cards with any real opportunity for profit, you have to consider item listing, promotions, discounts via eBay, offers, shipment prices in a hyperinflation market, additional time to ensure receipt of said item, and more time responding to questions, feedback, photographing, scanning of the image, and quantity discounts where they may apply.
Having said that, we have 500-600K Cards just like these in current inventory. Plus: *..They aren't going anywhere anytime soon, so as time passes, they will do exactly what you are suggesting. [They are going up in value, as the population of cards that are actually worth spending money to invest in furtherance of the grading process - 'actually makes it cost effective to even "want" to spend the amounts of money PSA is charging these days for grading just one of these somewhat "cheap cards as you suggest.."].
So sorry, but procurement, grading, and paying for card submission and authentication is no longer a low cost consideration my friend. Recommendation: You really have to consider all the costs of business before even "thinking" these cheap cards are cheap, lol. Again, awesome video. Excellent graphics and presentation. Keep Going! We Were Impressed Today With Your Video. A+++ - Peace! \\// - LIKED VIDEO - RECOMMENDED..~!

Great video. But, to the newbies in the hobby, if you think you can buy up 10-20 of any of these cards and expect to get ANY PSA 10s, you may be disappointed and out of a lot of cash. Grading fees are high, and getting 10's from PSA is becoming increasingly difficult. Only the very best conditioned cards should be sent in, take the time to inspect them well before sending them off to get graded. You could easily end up giving PSA $1000 for an order of 20-40 cards that you personally grade a 10, and only get 1 (or less) back a 10. you could have better luck, as well, but understand the risk, because getting all 8's and 9's back on inexpensive cards will NOT recoup the grading fees alone, you will need some 10s mixed in.

@@thecardclosetcanada5443 they can be tough. Cards with white borders I like to help with centering and potential chipping. I would buy maybe 2 or 3 of some cards you are considering going after. Get them in your hands. Then see what potential issues you may run into. 1993 Fleer Ultra for example the surfaces just suck on those. 1990 Skybox has centering and corner issues. Not so much surface. Then go after the ones where you felt like you could spot one good condition online.
