Thank you so much for sharing this..we need more mother daughters to speak up and explain this to the women and young girls who have never heard of it, and would love for you to do more about how to use them...especially having it explained by a teenager so other teenagers will trust her advice...and have no access to anything at all in Africa diaspora and other nations lacking basic women's health issues. Great video! Probably the only downside of using cups is the learning curve. It's not so easy in the beginning, but with practice and time it gets better. I used tampons previously so it didn't hurt at all. I'd also add that measuring your cervix is super important. I made a mistake and got the same cup most people used at the time, and it was too short for me. I only later discovered that I have a very high cervix, and that I need a long cup. Got a lily cup later and it's a game changer.
