Thank you for evoking wonderful memories of my late mother cooking many of the dishes when we we little, growing up in Malaysia in the 1950s and 1960s.
Traditional wood fire stoves used to cook Traditional Kerala dishes. When young we were not fond of many of the ingredients- onions, brinjals, tomatoes etc.
Now, in my 70s living in Melbourne, I love those old world vegetable, meat and seafood dishes and fortunately can obtain the necessary ingredients here.
Thanks for the creative manner of filming and subtle introduction to an old world charm.
if we skip the modern infrastructure your are really blessed, rather than modern infrastructure quality of life we live is more important, stay blessed always, god bless you all.
