- Portable Gaming PC's are getting more and more popular. The Lenovo Legion Go can maybe replace the Playstation Portal, the nintendo Switch AND a regular Gaming PC?

Sry no nothing will ever be as powerful as the top PC - it will be a aleterbative but as a need.
buying a Legion Go was the best handheld gaming decision I ever made. My Switch was a dust toy shortly after I purchased it. Love how I can use it as a gamming hand held and a pc.

I actually just figured it out. It works great!! Playstation Remote from PS website plays MUCH better than Xbox Cloud with GamePass and Chiacki.
Good video mate. Had the leGo for around a month now, and it's completely replaced my ps5, switch, steam deck, and pc. The only downside i found is that it's not comfortable to hold at all. In fact, it's pretty damn shit but i filed down the edges and problem solved.
Yes, you have to alter your grip a bit.
But It replaced my laptop, switch and ps portal

I sold my PS5, Steam Deck, and Switch in exchange for a Legion Go and Razer Core X egpu with a RTX 3080.
In addition to everything you said, I also connect my Legion Go to my 4k tv through the Razer Core X, and get 60 fps in most games I throw 4k max settings at. I boot my Legion Go into Playnite using a PS5 theme. It's basically my 4k living room console/pc in addition to all the handheld setups you mentioned. Talk about versatility.

I just bought it! I totally love the legion go, its very impressive. I have thrown lots of different games and emulators at it and I've had no issues. I have a portal and the switch but the one I regret buying was the portal. Even with good broadband wifi at home its sensitive to lag or latency which is no good for fps games. I will be using the legion go in future with my PlayStation 5

in particular legion go, it will not replace any PC. it comes with 2 USB4 ports. that means, any expansion LIMITED TO 40gbps. meaning, you cant entertain the use of an RTX 4090 and getting justifiable return from it. since the badnwidth limit will cut the RTX 4090 performance nearly half. and no, 4090 wont "bottle neck" the mobile APU if it can have OCULINK port. thats a myth. powerful CPU can bottleneck a weak GPU, but that mobile APU in the legion go can handle an RTX 4090 full performance. its the USB4 PORTS that CANT. so it will just be as good as any "laptop. by every sense. it will not replace a desktop PC.
a few competion like the onexplayer comes with oculink port+USB4 combo has better chance of replacing a FULL traditional PC desktops.
handhelds in the near future that have potential to replace desktop PC completely must come with at least OCULINK or THUNDERBOLT 5 ports. not the thunderbolt 4.
For future proofing thunderbolt 5 is must
But you can use a 30 series rtx card with T4 and have great results

Let me explain you my point of view, I'm working with HP, Lenovo, Apple, and few more big tech companies and guys for a profesional that been in IT for 12 years, working with the TOP companies in the world, I can sure you that is a knife with 2 extremes, Lenovo have 2 categories, Business and Final User, well, everyone knows that Think Family are one of the best but the Final Users are just bad as can be a virus, support -5, quality is like china warehouse production (actually they are in FOXCONN at the moment), so you will pay a overprice product for a 50/50 product, if you have any issues they will find out the way to dont make support (we close the contracts with Lenovo 3 months ago and they are like kids trying to give us candies, so HP now make us the life easier).
So if you buy it please just be carefull and take notes of everything you think is bad, cos even after 5 years they didn't fix their BIOS and POWER issues.
So save the money and wait for next generation. Anyway is your money guys, Im typping in a Legion Workstation ahhaha(was 500$ cheap than competitors).
As with all electronics, next generation is always better than current generation

u can NOT! USE THE CONTROLLERS AS 2 SEPERATE! CONTROLLERS WATCH A REAL Utube tech channel GAMERS NEXUS straight said it does NOT work like the switch controllers as 2 mini controllers for 2 player yes u can thru alot of JANK and 3rd party barely working software map it to work as 2 by WHY ? its CLEARLY NOTMENT TO BE USED THAT WAY BY HOW THE BUTTONS AARE SETUP LIKE A NORMAL CONTROLLER A;LL BUTTONS TOWARDS THE TOP AND STICKS NOT LIKE THE SWITCH AT ALL!
Yes you need to remap buttons, but it does work.
