Now with capacitors its easier to make electricity grids, compressors help with steam on sites that use reactors to produce steam and reuse it for turbines, pollution systems help not getting polluted, and fluid valves are a solution to the open/close piping system, which makes flow controlable! (Now i wont feel mental pain needing to change the type of flow with another non-used fluid or gas to close or open pipe flow)

I mean no matter how high or low the blast resistance is, you can't break these blocks with conventional missiles. Blast resistance plays a crucial role in nuclear explosions bro, do remember that aside from conventional explosives there are also many nuclear ones which you can explode. Then there's radiation coming out from them and finally there are also mobs which can shoot various kind of ammunition that will destroy blocks with weaker blast resistance but not the stronger ones
It does reduce pollution by 75% but no matter in which chunk it'll be placed pollution will eventually go up, while testing I placed it in the same chunk as the diesel generator but still the value was going down
Hey, do you think a dynamic targeting system for missiles would be possible? Been trying to think of a working way for one but I cannot think of anything.
I haven't really found a way for it cause there is no way to remotely program the target designator. It is something that needs to be done manually. Satellites like the orbital death ray are helpful with that
there are pockets of it present underground and yes placing a torch in the vicinity will light it up. There are other radioactive gases too near uranium ore deposits which can be detected by the gas detector iirc. Other than this there are items which are hydrophobic and will explode if you take them/ throw them in water. So yeah ntm has alot of little cool details like these

There are many different mods that are on newer versions that are so good like create and MTR but HBM mod is holding me back on 1.7.10 or 1.12.2 because its so good and its worth it And, finally there are Fluid Valves. I hope Bob will upgrade to a newer version like 1.14 so that you can use Create and MTR with HBM mod. Maybe new more advanced things can be added when in a new version
Well Martin is working on a version for 1.18 but it will take time before that project is even near completion afaik. And yeah I totally get this ... staying in 1.7.10 only for NTM is totally worth it as playing with this mod is like playing a modpack xd
While this isn't the best update in my opinion, some stuff is actually amazing, I especially like the capacitors. These can help you not load full power into stuff and maybe even help make transformators and stuff. Also, Glyphids really do look like Factorio biters, just a bit mlore cartoony.
The reasons I love capacitors the most is making functional substations for every megabuild is something that can be done now ... absolutely love dividing my powerline into neat parts and sending them off to different parts of the processing stations.
Cool video man! Could you maybe explain digamma radiation? I saw on the ntm wiki that some players saw a ghost when they were poisoned with digamma. Also try the Alcater version it adds a lot of cool stuff like the S.A.F.E (reimagined watz fusion reactor)
I will try to get a video out on Digamma soon ... also I have tried Alcater version and played around with S.A.F.E and also the other newer blocks. It's definitely cool and I will make videos on it once I am done with my main 1.7.10 builds :)
Depends on which version of the mod you're using, NTM Extended is updated more frequently so it might have them tho I'm not sure as I've not played 1.12.2 in quite sometime now ... So you'll have to check that for yourself :D

I was just playing the 1.7.10 version of the mod and the advanced shredder blade recipe is what I told you earlier using advanced alloy ingot and plates. If you're playing 1.12.2 then I recommend using Ntm Extended as it has more completed stuff
I use the official Minecraft launcher and the updates for this mod are not dependent on the launcher you use... Download the latest version from GitHub I've already given the link in the description

you should check if the smokestack produces pollution in that chunk, because it might not be polluting here because its diverted away

The first thing i did when i found the Glyphids in my world was burning them with napalm strikes. XD
lmao that is the first thing I did too, but then quickly realized fire didn't finish them off quickly enough and then i switched to high caliber guns

Hot coolant goes into a heat exchanger where it's converted to normal coolant and can be pumped back again into the factory. It's a closed loop

The crafting of advanced alloy blade requires an advanced alloy ingot in the middle with 4 advanced alloy plates surrounding it

I use the official Minecraft launcher and the updates for this mod are not dependent on the launcher you use... Download the latest version from GitHub I've already given the link in the description
