The Nashville Numbering System,…which I always call it the Tennessee Numbering is a great system to learn. It helps tremendously when communicating chord progressions.
I always heard Led Zeppelin Rock N Roll is a 12 bar blues. I didn’t really understand that. After your video. Now I do. Thank you for the great explanation.
Well versed, and well explained. Fantastic tutorial video. My kids want to learn, and I have to teach them from the basics, so thank you for teaching it so well.
You ask about song structures, Emma. Can you explain how to play a rolling groove, like the one in the chorus of Soul Man by Sam and Dave? I know you're supposed to play isolated snares on 2 and 4 but foot to the floor on everything else. I find that really testing, and I've worked at it off and on over a year. Thanks.
Great teaching demonstration. Thanks
highly underrated video

For what its worth, this is the best and simplest explanation of the blues form I have heard. Well done.

Pls keep the videos rolling every day.
My guitar player sent this video to me because he can absolutely shred a 12 bar blues and whenever I play I seem to be all over the place

I only watched this so I could nod along to the 12 bar shuffle (I'm a big Status Quo fan). Great videos!
Thanks! I already had the feel down, but this helps me visualize what I'm playing a bit better.
Great lesson. Thank you.
Awesome overview, thanks.
Great tuition! 🥁

Love your vids especially the shorts. First vids are like level 1 and the more you upload the more it gets hard. Haha! Big love!

You're a good teacher. Keep it up. I love that white Telecaster in the background. Is it a Squire or Fender?
