remove back cover, discharge all the power from the motherboard, check for short, chech if something is getting hot
by discharging the static power left on the board using a tweezer, the phone can comeback to life,
this will not help you if the fault is on a smd component

My Pixel was charging, a 4 XL and from one moment to the next it turned off and didn't turn back on, another battery was tried and it didn't work, I also measured the voltage and it doesn't consume and it doesn't connect to the PC either.

Hi, My Pixel 5a keeps crashing for 1 or 2 times in a day and after force restarting it by pressing the power button for 30 sec it gets restarted. The phone is in a good condition as I have updated it regularly with all the software updates. However I'm not understanding the real problem in this. Also did factory reset but still the problem persists. Please can you advise.
Try to leave it on without moving it, keep the screen on, and see how much time it takes to restart when the phone is stable in one place.
@@f1lab535 Thanks for the reply. It takes max 2 to 3 mins to get the device restarted. This is something that I'm experiencing for the first time. I probably believe bcoz of some third party apps that I had downloaded earlier. I've deleted them completely and after doing factory reset I thought it'll work. But it still crashes for 1 or 2 odd times in a day.

@@f1lab535 What could cause the black screen on the 5a? Motherboard or screen? Mine still charges and is recognized by the pc. Never dropped, not cracked nothing. The fingerprint sensor FEELS like its working as well as the power button etc.I would appreciate a reply as I'm trying to repair it but people in my country don't work with pixels.

How do you do that?? Mean how to discharge
ESD, just short the plus and minus of the battery connector while there is no voltage in the motherboard, it will release all the electricity and will reset the hardware restrictions, which in this case was a battery sensor not reporting correctly which led to the phone shutting down because a miss behaving sensor, the phone was not able to charge and not able to turn on, and when i reset the hardware the phone operated correctly for 2 weeks, and then it did the same problem, my friend brought it back to me to fix it again and this time the battery sensor was dead so a new battery fixed the phone and is working until today(last fix was 1 or 2 months ago if i remember correctly).

Hi! my Pixel 6a won´t charge or turn on anymore. Once the battery fully dies it was hard to get it charging againg but after a bit of waiting and connecting and disconnecting was enough. Today it went 0% again and this time it won´t charge or even show the need battery image. Any ideas?

You only say hardware hardware but you don't say what you did or what needs to be done to solve that problem to the people who see you. Don't be mediocre incompetent. "Hardware"
You just need to ask, here the battery data was corrupt and it made the phone die, you clear all the electricity from the board to reset the bad telemetry and the phone will start, its not always the case.
