Did you use coconut oil on the roots before you bleached? I want to try this color, you look so cute!

Don't do that. You'll stop the beach absorbing into your hair. The oil acts as a barrier. 20 developer on the ends
Only dye the roots when you're happy with the ends. Never use 40 volume.
