- “She is making a political fight out of this. Angela Rayner is a fighter and no doubt about it, it is causing some embarrassment for the Labour Party.”
Deputy Labour leader Angela Rayner is fighting against pressure to reveal tax details about a previous house unless Tory counterparts reveal their own tax affairs, explains Times Radio's Adam Boulton.

I do hope that this Tory attempt at smearing Angela Raynor is viewed in perspective. Let us take the opportunity to look closely at Tory contracts for mates, earnings from Corporations to promote their business given to Tories, and expenses claimed, second homes, and finally let us see Tory tax records. Rayner being proven to have a clean record isn't the flex you seem to think it is.
It gives the public the opportunity to discuss proven examples of Tory tax avoidance, and theft of public funds.
And the longer the Tories and the Tory media attempt to keep the non-story alive, is less time they can devote to other matters, leaving Labour with a clear field to expose Tory failure.
This isn't hurting Rayner, *at all*.

For once I agree with her ALL politicians should be required to reveal their tax and incomes.
Sunak gives knighthoods and honours to some of his Tory mates who are worth millions and gave money to the Conservative Party. Let them publish their tax affairs and then I'd agree Angela Rayner should publish hers.
