    Good work, Wondering if there is any set temperature when to remove from stove?

      Thank you! To be honest, I rely more on texture than temperatures (after adding the cream, I simmer it for about one minute before removing it). But next time, I’ll check the temperature

    Also how long you can keep it in refrigerator or freezer?

      In the fridge, I usually store caramel for up to a month. As for the freezer, you can keep it there for up to three months

    VERY unwise to pour boiling sugar into a PLASTIC jug . 🙈

      Yes, you’re right! It's better to use a heat-resistant jug. In my case, the caramel wasn’t boiling hot since it had cooled a bit while I was recording. But thanks for looking out! Good luck😉
