Would like more classes on Artwork Canvas.I am very excited for the new v9 version.Was disappointing in v8 with Corel Draw that they took out the connect
were you could bring in Vector Artwork to convert into stitches.Glad to be getting that in V9& hope it stays there.

I HAVE A BRAND NEW YA YA HAN B79 BERNETTE I GOT IT 2 DAYS AGO I HAVEN'T LOOKED AT EVERYTHING YET HAVEN'T LOOKED AT THE USB YET BUT AM EXCITED TO DO SO .

What happens if you already have a full version of Corel installed. Will the Corel SE installation wipe out the other version or can they both be installed? Thanks!
A full version of Corel can live on the same computer. The full version should be installed first; then BERNINA Embroidery Software.

Are there any plans to have a version for mac computers.
Hi Odette, thanks for askig. For now this product is only available for PCs. It is possible to use the Embroidery Software 9 on Mac when using Windows on Bootcamp.
Does it have a smash down stitch
Just read this comment and noticed it has not been answered. It is possible to create a knock down/ smash down object to stitch on pile fabrics before you stitch your design. Here is a video I made on how to do it. ua-cam.com/video/oV3zRZ0RQo8/v-deo.html

can the software convert any picture into embroidery automatically?
i need an answer to decide weather to buy or not
Yes, the software has the capability of converting pictures to stitches, but “any” might be stretching it. Conversion depends on the resolution, detail, and the number of colors in the picture. There are numerous conversion methods in the Auto-Digitize Toolbox that are suited for different types of pictures.
can we use font files in wilcom eas format? if yes how to do it, thank you
At this time, you cannot use the ESA format from Wilcom in the BERNINA embroidery software.
So I just picked up an 880 Crystal on Wednesday, so this is already loaded for me….corrector?

I don’t think this software is loaded on your machine, it’s sold separately for your computer, however some of the functionality of this software could be in your new machine.
Hi Ann, congratulations on your new B 880 Crystal Edition! Scottish Bunny is right, the BERNINA Embroidery Software is a product that is sold separately and can be installed on your computer. The B 880 has many on-board embroidery editing functionalities though.
Does the creator version all you to make a knock out embroidery design
Thanks for asking. We are not sure if we understand the question correctly though. Could you explain in more detail what you mean by a “knock out embroidery design” and how you wanted to proceed? @@BerninaInternational , it when you take a word and imagine a combine the image. I have so what pro and brother software. Say I want to embroider the word cruise master in bold letters, then I have an anchor ⚓ image . A place to anchor directly diagonally over the middle of the words. But you can still read the words master cruiser the anchor is cut out in the middle of the word. I hope that makes sense

Después de instalar, si el programa no reconoció el idioma automaticamente, se lo puede cambiar seleccionando ‘Cambiar a español’ .

I cannot go into everything, but i will state this, based on what i just watched. You can install 9 on 3 pc's and an internet connection is required. i take that to mean version 6, 7, and 8 will NOT be deactivated when 9 is installed on a pc while the others are not connected to the internet. And therefore NOT update. AND if you now how to use your usb port, then you never need a connection to the intent on you other PC. MOST people like what they have BEEN using! DO NOT LOSE what you like, because you are "upgrading". previous versions are NOT internet based, so you can use and not lose them, especially if you have multiple pc's. Keep what you have, install 9 on your latest PC, keep what you're use to forever. You PAID for all the other versions. DO NOT GIVE THEM when you are being charged a thousand dollars or more! I picked up a few things, but way too long. Most of it is standard windows actions as with any other software. It is great how WINDOWS 10 OS was free for everyone, and this $1200 software has to run on it, and couldn't without it lol. wouldn't even exist. Think that is why 9 is FREE with a 70 or 79 until the end of JAN 2023. Also, if you purchased this as a gift and then saw the software is free?! people, call that dealer, tell them you haven't opened it and will return it even with a restocking fee, because it is WORTH it for the free software. As long as they have extended holiday return windows or with 30 days! More people WOULD embroider if it was within reason. Oh, and do not take those system requirements with you when you or if you go to buy a pc. Trust me, ANYTHING will run this software made in the LAST 5 years easily. And you do not want the store salesperson to snicker. DO not over pay, complain, call out customer service,! WHAT IS UP with NO ONE to call but dealers when you spend THOUSANDS ON A MACHINE!!?? BERNINA!! You can call SINGER, or Brother. They sell hundred dollar machines! i contacted a dealer about the free software deal this JAN, he didn't know, so he looked it up! I know right!! He tells me, "I'm not going to do that". Which i took as he will SELL THAT free software separately!! PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE!! You can capitalize as a consumer within THIRTY DAYS of purchase. If you got or gave this as an XMESS gift!! Thanks for the video debbie, you are just the messenger.
