Installation of V9 Software

I am showing how to upgrade your Bernina Designer Plus software from a prior version (6 through 8) to the current version 9 software. Owners of version 6 or 7 will need to have their usb dongle (key) to confirm ownership of a prior version of the software. Version 8 did not use a dongle. As a result this is done through your established Bernina account you made when registering version 8.

Excellent video. I ve been afraid to even upgrade. As i m fairly new. Less than 2 years with v8. And limited classes. So i really appreciate your doing this.

Thank you for your nice feedback Amy. As mentioned in the description, I offer online classes for Bernina software at StevesSewAndVac.com. Classes are offered generally once per month. New classes will be posted in April.

Hi Amy. So glad you found the video of help and I really appreciate the kind remarks on the quality of instruction. Yes, by all means do consider signing up for Bernina Designer classes at the store I teach at. They are conducted using Zoom so you can join us regardless of where you live. All classes have a pdf of the lesson, design files and a link for any content produced with V9 software. Please go to the website StevesSewAndVac.com There under classes you will find the category software where new classes are posted each quarter. There are classes coming up on May 22nd at 3PM and June 26th at 3PM. If you cannot make the live session, links for the video and materials will be sent via email. Great video. My coral program is installed. But the rest of the Bernina v9 has not. It does not show up anywhere in my computer. What do I do?

Thnx verry mutch. I was struggeling with the software and so I posponed stil. Now with this video I was less insecure and I did it🫣👍🏻👏🏻Greetings from the Netherlands 🙏👵🏻🤷🏼‍♀️😄
