Go for Elgi ultra chocolate refiners for low price in amazon, these grinders are built for running long hours and they last for years, also search for indian wet grinder in amazon you get various other brands, stone grinders are used in South Indian cooking on daily basis

This is mostly used as a wet grinder to make idli/dosa batter in South india
have you ever grinded chia seeds and/or flax seeds?
If you reduce quantity you can reduce the grinding time considerably
