What S I R JEFF LYNNE hast done ... is absoloutly top . The songs are ringing in my ears ... I can t get out of my head. Every day, in I drive in my car, I hear Your wonderful songs in the radio. It s a fantastic moment. Or at home . Since 1979 I am a fan of the ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA, over 40 years . Oh, I m so happy ...
It is so good to hear instrumentals of Jeff's work . I believe this is how he starts, instrumental first then adds the words then the construction of the whole tune, totally amazing music and what a craft he has.
I m waiting for the next concert of ( SIR ) JEFF LYNNE S ELO ! Saw Jeff Lynne s ELO 2016 in Oberhausen and 2018 in Mannheim, greatest concerts of my life !
Lyrics A penny in your pocket Suitcase in your hand They won't get you very far Now you're a 21st century man. Fly across the city Rise above the land You can do 'most anything Now you're a 21st century man. Though you ride on the wheels of tomorrow You still wander the fields of your sorrow One day you're a hero Next day you're a clown There's nothing that is in between Now you're a 21st century man. You should be so happy You should be so glad So why are you so lonely You 21st century man You stepped out of a dream believing Everything was gone Return with what you've learned They'll kiss the ground you walk upon. Things ain't how you thought they were Nothing have you planned So pick up your penny and your suitcase You're not a 21st century man. Though you ride on the wheels of tomorrow You still wander the fields of your sorrow 21st century man
I was a bit surprised when Time came out in 1981 I bought it and my 12 inch woofers shook the concrete floor (as it did with all ELO). Time & the theme in it has grown on me, I love listening to and singing 21at Century Man (in the mentioned century, of course). Hell I was 18 then, with very poor control over the volume knob.
Another fabulous instrumental Mix from Eniac, with Buster Keaton funniest scenes stay better!!!

I like Buster Keaton and ELO's album Time... How nice to see them combined in this fine production! I also like the other songs from the same album you published a couple of years ago!
Amazing job covering this! Extremely exacting, it must have been hard to track and sequence the synths because it's in perfect time and the layering and mix really evoke the original perfectly. Great work! If you do another from Time, how about Ticket to the Moon?
Hello my friend. Great job! ELO is my favorite band! Do you mind that I use this instrumental to make a vocal cover? of course I will put you in credits ....
Hey ENIAC. Me again :-). Intrigued fan question - did you use any of what RX7 left behind after removing vocals or is all new instrumentation?? Cheers.
@@radaget3459 You wouldn't have any stereo field left, or the EQ we're hearing on his instrument beds or pads, if he had simply used RX-7 to yank vocals out. There's no way any tool, let alone RX-7 (even the new one with AI which can attempt to separate bass/drums/etc into separate tracks) can remotely do this, and leave any intact stereo separation. This is insanely-clear when you hear ENIAC's go at the strings --- his VIs leave a very distinctive separation from the synths and that alone is evidence of an individual multitrack performance of the the arrangement. He EQ's the piano so that it sits under the constant pads a times. And at the end he plays the lead synth refrain for a few extra notes, before the final fade... that right there is a definite intentional signature that all self-produced artists covering a song will do: he's telling other engineers/musicians out there "yep....I performed all of this" --- he either used the original song as a reference track, to play-along with and pick out bits --- or (like any ELO fan) he just listened to it 1000 times over the years and did his scratch tracks from a quick listen, and then just built takes around it over a few weeks. Modern DAWs let you do this, lots of VIs, and even patching in vintage gear --- you can nail a classic prog track, but my hat is off to the guy for what he accomplished here. It's very exacting.
Eldorado. Face the Music. Out of the Blue. Time.
Four absolute masterpieces.
century man...... just keep going... you'll reach your dream.

You have an INCREDIBLE ear for the sounds and mix of music. I always wanted to do this sort of thing but alas, I lack the talent.
This is pretty amazing! Super attention to detail with your sounds!!!! 👏👏👏

Maravilloso.
Still my 21 st Century Man is Georg. He knows music and Art. He is an Aquarius, he thinks outside the BOX.
Fantastic! Can you work your magic with Hold On TIGHT with vocals....🎶🎶🎶

This is so good! I've been meaning to find an instrumental version of this song! Also, what is the film that is shown in the video? Thanks.

@@ENIACofficial oh my goodness. That's absolutely insanely clever and incredible. Honestly gobsmacked.

Did you spend a year in dusty move vaults to make this? Certainly a few laughs here. Ta!
BAJA.
